Hi Call-center heads and hardcore eReps :) ,

May i ask what Top Telemarketing books "and" TOEFL materials(available locally ha) would you recommend for aspiring eReps-to boost their skills in doing all their tasks. I would be more than glad for any replies from you, thanks.

ooyyy....esaka, andito ka rin pala. musta na vft? he he he? anyway,with call center jobs, you need to think quick, know the specifics and speak the English language fluently.
