Hey Doc!
I know you can help me on this... my work schedule is absolutely erratic. Sometimes I'm needed in the office from 10pm-7am, sometimes at 4am-1pm, and then sometimes at 12mn-9am. I really want to consistently exercise, but would that entail having to exercise at a certain time of day? Also, what would generally be more advisable, working out before I head to the office, or after? My sched next week is from 12mn-9am, so what'd be better-- to gym at 7pm before my sched, or at 9am after work? Thanks!
