Depende po sa account within the call center and its metrics kung gaano ka petix ito.

Tingnan mo yung mga account na 80 to 85% ang passing grades yan mga mababait sa empleyado.

Yung mahaba ang agwat ng panahon between calls -petix.

Meron pong mga account na ang PAILALALIM o UNOFFICIAL POLICY ay pahirapan ng matataas na minimum standards o metrics ang mga empleyado para sila ay INISIN na huwag tumagal sa account na iyon. AT para rin ma-terminate sila BASED ON UNREALISTICALLY HIGH PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.

Yung isang account ss Ambergris, yung pinanggalingan ko...petix galore na sila ngayon. Actually naaubutan ko din yun, kaso I chose to leave Ambergris for a day job. Anyway, sa account na yun, may full Internet access (except Friendster), Yahoo and MSN messengers, as long as two hours avail time. Thirty minutes ang average avail time. Petix talaga.

Unfortunately, customers don't want reinstallation because they want to retrieve their files. Madalas hindi enough ang malware-removal tool. Manual deletion ang sikreto.

BPO kami.prang office lang kami..we do data gathering for title companies,.. Di ko alam kung petiks ang twag dito pero, nka net access, nka mp3 at mnuod ng vid clips while working,pwede magdownload, pwede magidlp idlip paminsan, monday to friday ng gabi lang pasok,may weekends ako, us holidays ang sinusunod,flexible working sched, ok naman pay, pwede magbreak kung kelan gusto, competitive with call centers.. downside lang ***** e bago lang ito so ang stability sa ngyon ay di ko pa masabi.. overall, mejo mahirap at dumami na ang volume ng work ko pero I can say that it is not as stressful compared sa call centers.wlang metrics at di nkatali ang leeg mo sa headset 8hrs a day

ahh e di pa kami hiring e,may expansion daw pero soon.di ko alam kung kelan yang soon na yan.. basic pay ko e pareho lang din nung sa iba call centers.galing ako cvg,halos preho lang din ang starting pay pero mas maganda ang benefits sa cvg.. sa ngayon e may increase daw kaming mga pioneer dito so di ko **** alam pa kung magkano starting..wlang training dito.start agad.prang opisina lang kami e.. pag ka nagexpand,kung sakali, mag post ako ng thread kung mass hiring..

dito samin petix din, maliit lang din call center ito pero same din ng pay ng most callcenters out there,pa four years nko ** and masasabi kong petix dahil, forum babad ako and nuod lang sa youtube.. pag inaantok tulog lang kahit umabot kpa ng more than 1 hour, pero syempre kakahiya naman,break? eh parang break naman lagi eh.. oo petix tlaga, kaso lang kaya gusto ko ng umalis eh ayaw ko na talaga ng nightshift kasi hindi normal an tulog kaya yun lang ang pinaka stress ko, hindi ko lang talaga maiwan agad kasi ok **** ang pay at yun nga konti lang ang ginagawa/calls, pero pag nkakita agad ng day job na medyo ganito rin.. abah lipat agad ako :D

oo nga pala, iba **** siguro ang meaning ng tamad.. tama sabi ni laviedaloca swerte lang kami sa trabaho..

i've been with CVG for 1 1/2 years now, insurance claims po ang account namen, petix **** kc we take calls for quarter or half of the shift, and then wala ng calls so pwede ka na mag friendster, games, ym, whatever.

and sa Convergys ko lang naexperience ang pumasok at umuwi ng wala ni isang call.. hardiharhar.

sa insurance kasi, no accident, no claim so no call,hehe.

again, depende yan sa account so swertihan lang din..

basta the best dito! best pay, less toxic, no. 1 call center pa! (di gaya ng pipitsuging call center) hardiharhar! :bop:

Petix in email support can be seasonal...sa UK account na napasukan ko pag summer season sa UK konti ang emails kaya kami ay naka- "queue empty". Remember, that UK weather is usually cloudy that is why they do exert alot of effort in going out of the house in summer season.
