What can you say about EPAC.....we heard na ang epac ay pang 3rd sa lowest paying call center....is that true?

i have a friend who works there as an agent. ten k daw ang starting. no training allowance. hard core selling so sa commision ka babawi. mabait tao dun sabi niya.

Know this, papalit-palit ang pangalan ng company na yan, now it's known as One Global Contact Center (tax-evasion scheme ba ito? well, find out yourself). For all those who intend to apply there, consider this your final warning.

hi i came from epacific and stayed there for roughly 10months... yes, hard-core selling cxa, outbound accounts mostly handle nila.

i started 10K then after 6months, gave me addtl 2K. me commissions once you were included in the TOP Agents for the month, kapag wala basic lang tapos bbgyan ka nila ng at least 3 months para makabenta pag ndi goodbye sayo. :p Pero madali lang din once you get the hang of it.:naughty: i even became one of the Top Sellers last August 2005, and mind you I received 13K on top of my pay plus breakfast buffet at Discovery Suites.. (those were the days):bashful:

Just to give you an idea, most of the products they are selling are computer supplies and phonecards (eto *** mga dati kong naabutan). Computer supplies hinahandle ko before like selling cartridges and toners for printers then after 6months, I was pulled out to be included sa new campaign nila for UK pero i decided to leave kc a lot of callcenters are coming out offering good pay. And in my case, i had conflict with this particular manager kaya nmn di ako nkpagclearance dun kc pinabalik-balik lang ako at pinaasa sa wala. But in fairness to epac, pwde mo cxang iconsider as a training ground at the crowd...the best*okay* .

Im now connected to Convergys Alabang and so far im quite satisfied with how things work in here plus the fact that my pay is twice the amount compared to epac :D

nag-work na ako dyan before, mahirap **** work kasi hard selling na timeshare..usually when the customer would hear na timeshare offer ko, umaayaw na agad or worse, bagsakan ako ng phone

Epacific changed its name to One Global in the Philippines, the (mother) company name in US is still ePacifc. Actually we still have the same website www.epacificglobal.com. It’s the same company. This is not new, actually Real Estate companies such as Federal Land have employees in different company names (names of their properties).

We are just like any other company, who offers jobless Filipinos jobs. I admit we're not in the class of other top call centers. Our standard is lower, so for those who have failed other call centers, give us a try. Yes we do sell and make appointments. You do get basic salary + commission. Sometimes you make more commissions than basic salary. This can amount to 20t, 30t, or even 50t, which is better than what an Customer Service Rep would earning, with just basic salary.

If your not interested, move on. No need to bash. Don't apply and proceed to your preferred job. If your interested to be a call center agent, team leader, etc call me (Karl) 687-9215 Loc. 125, I am a Recruitment Officer.

you may consider epac as a training ground. hard-core selling but you'll really learn a lot. i used to work there...for a couple of years. i should agree, the crowd's good. i left because of the salary. but stability-wise, i guess it's acceptable. check out for yourself.

yep, i was hired march of 2004 and i submitted my resignation december of 2004 but unfortunately i wasnt able to process my clearance due to the fact that one of the managers is not cooperative talaga..chori.. :depressed:

i can only say na kung gusto mo magkaron ng career eh wag ka mag aapply sa company na to. employee ako dito dati naku wala lang nangyari. imagine ang increase mo instead of money eh magiging free food na lang. eh paulit ulit naman mga foods. and wala kayong makukuhang benefits dito at pahirapan pa kapag kumuha kayo ng clearance. one more thing is favoritism dito and maraming scam dito...

i worked sa ePac december 2005.
ng mass resignation un US account nila andami TLs and mgrs and HR peeps n ngresyn with them looking for better mgt.
account ko b4 was Trendwest Australia, time share for vacation packages/trips.
hardcore selling nga from 9 am until 6 pm; 6 days a week take note 20 minutes or 30 minutes ln ang break in one day.
10k ln basic and one month training nila walang pay & walang contract, may bond sila, and if you don't pay the bond, wala kang clearance and COE.

is dis true? I've worked with this company for like 1 yr. but dont worry i am not connected with this company anymore.well, as ive sed ive bin w/ dis co for lyk 1yr and i didnt know na gn2 na *** ang tingin nila sa company that i came from.
well honestly, people from top management there are very rude ****. wen i say rude... tlgang rude. uso ** ang murahin sa floor. top or upper management sobrang bulok lalo na *** founder na pinoy.
the only reason that i stayed there....is because of those people who taught and helped me a lot. and if there's one person who i want to give my gratitude and want to save her life (sa pagstay nya sa company) is their traning manager but definitely not for timeshare or *** mga nagtitinda ng kung anu anu sa mga DH sa US ha! *** pag GY syempre. soooooooooobbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnngggggggg BAIT, UNDERSTANDING, SUPER GALING PA. I will never forget this person. sayang nga lang kse she's spending her precious time with that company. if she only knw how life outside hell, she'll be grateful. infairness, magaling din ang training ground sa company n yan for starters. Talagang focus ang mga trainers jan. Kaya lang sad to say if in other CC high ang salary nila ** naman parang agent lang ang salary ng trainers. Kung ndi ka malakas sa boss o *** kang connection gudlak sa increase mo. Pero kung tipo ka ng boss mo o kung barkada mo isa sa mga top management mataas ang sahod mo.

been with epac/one global for almost a year..kung di siguro cool yung boss ko at wala ako sa support, di ako tatagal. i've seen a lot of rude managers/TLs, incentives na di na binigay, mabagal na HR..at hanggang pagreresign ko, di ko makuha last pay simply because the president of the company stopped signing clearances. ala na yata pera epac. im just glad i resigned. all companies have flaws but measure if it less than the perks. for epac, i hope you'd start treating employees better.
