i'm a member of SWI(slimmer's world Int'l)...but it's here in the south. an sarap grabe kasi ng feeling after your aero class. i really like how my face looks afterwards, it's pale yet my cheeks are blushing...hehehe...your throath gets all dried up and yet you still strive to get through the last few minutes of the class... ibang klase!!! http://www.pinoyexchange.com/blush.gif

I love going to the gym. I always feel great after a work out. I do strength training, aerobics and tae bo. I usually go to SWI in Pan Pacific... `tried going to Megamall but most of the time kasi ang daming tao and the place is kinda small.

I don't really get to work out AT ALL. No wonder I'm so lampa. I used to go with my mom but I didn't have enough time to go with her when she wants to and she stopped going altogether already. :(

ako member din ng swi. kaso 2 taon na ako d sumisipot for aero. heheheh.... kakatamad kasi e. daming matrona sa kalookan. ingay ingay. lalo na kung 630 am ako pumupunta before school. grrr....

but siguro mga 5 years ago i used to go as in everyday noong nasa binondo pa ako. fun nga sha e. lalo na when u get the hang of it na.d na pa lampa lampa. :D

meron namang ilang gym na nag-offer ng separate bayad for aero classes only, or if you want gym only, or both. example: excel fitness center sa megamall.
sa slimmers naman, if you join---kasama na lahat. same with fitness first.

there are some aero tapes available pero vhs pa iyon. :p meron pa bang may vhs ngayon? if ever may mga new tapes, you have to search the internet and order the newer ones. on vcd the closest thing to aerobics is the taebo classes--- pero iba iyon. aerobics is more fun kasi more varied movements saka based on dance sila, hindi boxing.

some news for the slimmers regulars...
pinapipirma ng exclusivity contract ng may-ari ang mga aero instructors: may personal daw na galit ang owner ng slimmers sa vp ng gold's gym especially---cos she used to work for slimmers before. pagkaalam ko hindi pipirma sina alain, etc... pag nagkataon these policies might force the teachers to move out of slimmers... kawawa naman ang mga students nila: mawawalang ng magagaling na teachers. matitira iyong mga bagito. tsk tsk...!

I go to gold's gym in makati. Though I never really attended any aerobics class, I might try the core conditioning group exercise class in our gym sometime.

how much ba ang programmes sa slimmer's? pwede bang trial lang, like 1 month?

i've been wanting to join slimmer's kaya lang my dad always tells me na pricey sya. lifetime membership kc *** kinuha nya before. and he's not going there anymore. sayang kasi non-transferable pala *** membership. kaya i would want sana *** short-time lang para in case im not satisfied, i wouldn't renew diba.

i don't go to slimmers but my officemates do. i think its Php8k. i'm planning actually of transferring there. but im trying to do some researching first. as soon as i have the infos, i'll post it here:)

don't even bother. ang pangit na ng slimmers ngayon. im a lifetime member but ive been going to other gyms since january this year because of inept instructors and inadequate facilities.
