regarding those leaves, the only valid reasons for disapproval are: late filing, leave slots filled up, or queueing issues. supervisor whims and caprices are NOT part of these reasons for leave denials. but then again, coming from a sup who would maliciously accuse an operator of deliberate laziness or malingering dahil nag sick leave (kahit na halos mamatay na ang operator dahil talaga ngang may sakit), why am i not surprised.
