can i request for a merger of threads with previous old thread. minus the info that you want to cut out. the information that was on that thread has proved to be invaluable to my research

well, this just goes to show you how incompetent and clueless the OIC is (or, should i say, "feeling OIC")...

simple mathematics will determine that the hiring (taking anywhere from 2-5 days, and involving about 20 applicants to successfully get 1 qualified applicant) and training (2 weeks diet, 2 weeks PST, 2 weeks OJT) of new operators costs more per unit than simply motivating and retaining their existing experienced and efficient operators.

at dahil ang junior ng ating dakilang OIC (kuno) ay sunod sunuran lang sa kanyang nanay, ayun, naghahawaan sila ng kat*ngahan nila...

TO ALL CURRENT, FORMER, OR FUTURE RELAY OPERATORS WANTING TO POST IN ANY OF THE EPERFORMAX THREADS:

look what happened to the old epmax thread - quarantined due to the "controversial" comments of several pexers/relay operators whose identities were well known to marshmallow women sr. and jr. (*** kaya yung jr. ni jr. qq) now that it's back up, and both epmax threads may eventually be merged, let me post a few simple guidelines for relay operators when posting on pex, so that yesterday's mistakes may not be repeated tmw...

1. NEVER, EVER CALL ANY RELAY OPR BY THEIR REAL NAME WHILE ON PEX - kahit na may asterisks sa gitna, malalaman at malalaman din ng mga marshmallow women kung sino kayo. maaring kup$ sila pero di sila t@nga.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY, CONFIDENTIALITY, CONFIDENTIALITY!!! - do not discuss salary details. and all the more, do not discuss (ACTUAL) call content!!! anybody heard of the opr who got termed for discussing calls in the ladies' room?

3. KEEP UR EMAIL ADDRESSES, ETC. HIDDEN ON PEX - may friendster si mwoman jr. ewan ko lang kung meron si sr., sana naman hindi noh? with friendster, it's easy to trace who u really are just by entering the email address. birthdays too...best not to enter them, or leave them at january 1.

4. IF YOUR REAL NAME IS IN YOUR PEX NICK, CREATE AN ALTERNICK - see jeffstar and vic_epmax for more info.

5. NEVER DISCUSS UR INTERESTS ON THE EPMAX THREADS - sports-minded and artistically-inclined relay oprs shd never discuss their outside-of-carrying-for-the-mugus interests when posting on epmax threads. if many oprs know u as one of the rockers/jocks on the floor, mwoman sr. and jr. would have a good chance knowing who u are...

6. DTA - DON'T TRUST ANYBODY!!! - u think it's just mwoman sr. and jr.? dead wrong. there may be about one or two, or maybe more, among the do-u-carry-fuel-pump-for-owner-jeep crowd (READ: OPR LEVEL) lurking around, eager to spread the word around to sr. and jr.

that's all i can think of for now. this way, nobody will figure out who the heck u are, and we won't have any need to lock, delete, quarantine, or whatever any eperformax-related thread.

Thanks for posting that, FocusAlert. That advice applies not only to ePmax employees, but to ALL employees regardless of industry or location. I am sorry that some people have to learn the hard way, but please remember that a good deal of the information you acquire on the job is confidential, for you to protect even if no rules prohibit you from sharing the same with the outside world.
