i was from GT Solutions when it was located sa ADB Ave.

I heard currently it's located sa Rob Equitable Tower. that would mean umasenso sila. hehe..

In fairness, i came from this company, it was my training ground after i graduated from college.

I dunno the pay here. but before, it was 10k starting, then becomes 12k upon regularization. then plus allowances (i forgot the total) and plus incentives (2k for no lates/no absences)...

before i left, i was takin home 13k basic ++

the office was really a mess though. hehe.. konti pa tao. but i think the management changed na yata. it must be a good start for them.

mirage23, to answer your question, it handles i think certain ISPs in the US... christian based. so rarely u get irate callers.

and yeah, call center cia: email, chat, and phone.

they used to be in pacific something ata ba bldg.. nag apply din ako.. though it was really a mess buti lumipat na sila sa robinsons equit tower... nakikita ko pa nga *** nag turo sa product training eh... like the previous posts... yes.... email, chat, phone support --> dial up :)
