Actually if you're THAT GOOD, madaming callcenters can process your application in a day yun nga lang whole day ka na don kasi morning test ka tapos a series of interviews probably in the afternoon. Well dati sa Citibank for Citibank Phone Officer isang araw lang.

with infonxx, if you come in not later than 4pm (and there are not that many applicants being processed), you'll be done with the final interview within the day (given that you pass every process).

PeopleSupport. If you pass all the interviews as well as the exams, they would already give you the job contract within the day. And just an FYI, you need at least 2 references stated in your resume.

ePerformax - come in at 8 am and be done by the end of the day. (this is for processing of application)

eTelecare din dati yung friend ko 1 araw lang but he was very qualified kasi.
Sa Epixtar naman sobra silang desperate for recruits eh. Grabe sila mag advertise ng recruitment nila.

Welcome sa mga peeps na gusto mag try sa callcenter ! Kala nyo hirap buhay dahil mag wo work *** ng alangangin at kulang 2log niyo.... KALA NYO LANG yan... he eh eh masarap mag biyahe dahil no heavy trafffic, good compensation, a lots of fun sa production.....
Almost Callcenters can process papers for One day if:

SCAMMERS KASI EPIXTAR HAHAHA!!!
ouch. kakafloor ko lang...
pero i must admit its true. a lot of them do it, marami nang pasaway lalo na mga regulars na...theyve QA rin naman ewan ko lang kung baka ina-allow rin ng QA (patay na...terminated na ko neto pagpasok mamaya...).
pero some avoid it, maybe they know when theyre being monitored or not. in my account, theres not much of scamming coz it doesnt involve billing the client of anything.
minsan naman kasi the account itself is a scam like there are a lot of hidden charges that they dont tell the outbound agents. so the inbound agents of that company suffer the crap of irate customers who suddenly find out they'll be billed about it. thats why they call a lot of outbound agents scammers. or yes, still, scam na nga ang account, scam pa rin ang iba to make a sale.
wala eh, pressed for quota ang agents.
yun lang. up this thread! :bop: :paw:

How could be Epixtar be "Earn More, Learn More, Be More" EH SCAMS LANG ITO. You could probably Earn More and Learn More. But definitely NOT BE MORE.

Sa mga may alam sa Epixtar:
Kamusta ba ang "Compu Credit Corporation" customer care and inbound-sales account? OK ba ito? Malakas ba ang comm.? Hindi ba masyadong mataas o unrealistic ang passing metrics?

Think about this people. Is the industry really mature enough that its recruitment specialists are really qualifying the right people in a mere one-day process? Not a lot of call centers these days can boast of an online profiler or a personality assessment - say a sophisticated one like Ediquity. Not a lot of call centers even have certified psychometricians and even have the english language diagnostics skills... In the end, we might just risk filling in the seats without regard for quality of hires.
My apprehension about one-day processing is largely due to the many quality issues we still get on the floor. Plus involuntary attrition rates are still very high from the first 30, 60 and 90 days. The risk of running one-day processing is that it might attract more fickle applicants than qualified ones. I'm not saying that there are no qualified applicants that come out of the one-day processing blitz. I have to encourage people to make an industry study on the relation between employees that pass one-day processing and their attrition rates from the 30-60-90 day window.

I agree. One day processing is very much call center industry standard. When I was with banking back then (and plan to go back in the future) one day processing IS IMPOSSIBLE. Depending on the need and the time at hand it could take even 2 months for a reply.

hey, thanks for the enlightenment... you do have a point that the faster the hiring process, the more.. well most likely, the attrition rates are higher compared to companies with longer screening process...
i do agree with you simply because it is based on my working experience with certain companies in the call center industry

I would not recommend going to Epixtar as its a fact that they have programs that require you to scam people. In this case cramming them. I don't think you want to affect your good conscience by doing this dirty work for them dont you??
Well anyway Epixtar is in Libis just beside Citibank.
