well, yeah. i do work out. i usually go for the typical work-out, meaning jogging and swimming. i try to exercise @ least 3 times a week for @ least 20 mins. yup, i do it so i'll both be fit and lose weight. it also energizes me as well. but since i'm quite busy with my studies now, i kind of neglect it. but i plan to start weight training again during the sem break. what i need is a good gym. any recommendations?

I'm not really very conscious about getting fit. I don't even work out. Of course, there's no need for me to work out because we have training thrice a week. And that's worse than working out, by far! I guess people like me who have very fast metabolism don't have to worry about gaining huge weights quickly.

M!: I am concerned about being fit because I just read an article stating that a lifestyle without exercise is tantamount to one wherein you smoke half a pack of cigarettes a day.... whoa! http://www.pinoyexchange.com/smokin.gif
Yun nga lang, I don't work out, not yet anyway, but that little fact should provide me with the motivation to do so.. :D
If ever I did, I'd probably want to take a class in Taebo and Pilates.
They sound interesting kasi e. And at home
I'd just use our very much neglected Abshaper.

I play tennis to keep fit - everyday (am & pm), kung pwede. It is something I enjoy doing. We are charged P45/game. Started resistance training two months ago sa bahay lang. I make do with dumbells, an exercise mat, our stairs, chairs, a low sturdy table (as bench), a low stool, a jump rope and cable TV. I got stronger na, less prone to injury pa. :D
Getting involved in fitness activities that you enjoy will help you stick with it. Having friends do it with you helps too. Of course, kailangan din ng commitment mo.
