Anong call center ang may pinakamataas na starting salary?

So ano nga ba? Kung fresh grad ka from a top university, tapos TSR yung position... Aling Call center ang may pinakamataas na salary and how much?

walang top-top university sa callcenters, pare-pareho ang sweldo ng mga agents dito. may mga iba lang na nagdadagdag pag may experience na..

it would depend on the account. not all accounts in a certain cc has a uniformed salary, it really varies.

In one of my favorite call center the base pay for one TSE for a certain account is 25K - may dagdag pa na 5k in allowances plus incentives.

Beware of call centers that has a fixed salary for all types of accounts - lugi kayo.

I know of one call center that pays L2 agents the salary of an L1 agent in another call center.

That 25K is for a technical software ENGINEER not tsr. That call center also pays like 10 to 30k as language premium for certain languages. Yun na lang...baka magalit ang manager na tumitingin sa post ko na taga-doon at kilala ako.

Well, I could attest to the TSE (Technical Support Engineer). Totoo yung ganung sweldo. Pero that depends on the account. Not all accounts have that kind of position ---- only those that need course-specific graduates/experienced people. Siguro by now, alam niyo na kung anong call center yun.

Yup, meron ding P5k to P10k language allowance if you know how to speak different language, and if the account needs foreign language support.

About Convergys, I've heard that they don't reguralize that much people, like 20% of the hired batch only makes it to regularization... Correct me if I'm wrong.

One call center even paid a language premium of 35k/month for a Japanese read and write person for a CSR role - a negotiated arrangement and hardly a surprise to me since the person will need to work at night.

Alam nyo ba ang latest? Try geeting hired by Koreans to teach simple English and they will pay u a very competitive salary. My gf was formerly worked sa Callcenter and have found a new career, English Tutor . Marami dyan sa UP qc....

you'll probably get a higher salary if you have a call center experience from another comapny, and you have the edge. but if you are a newbie pare pareho lang having another foreign language that you can speak helps. i saw an ad there looking for customer support that can speak arabic imagine that.
