Slimmer's World is located exactly where you want it to...Along Pasay Road, right before Edsa...I think it's in front of Kenny Rogers..
Hope this helps...

Whenever I pass by SGV building along ayala ave, may nakikita akong gym sa 2nd floor. Open to all ba 'to or for employees lang ng building na un...?

Good for them. They are overstressed people. I have a classmate who used to work at SGV. 30 years old pa lang nakalbo na sa sobrang trabaho hehe

guys, anyone here knows what are the rates of gyms in Makati?
(RCBC, JG summit, LKG, Gold's Gym in Glorietta)

Gold's: they have a lot of packages. just check which one suits you.
Fitness First: around 2k+/month. usually they have promos to waive membership fee.

I bought a one-year membership in Gold's Gym Express in the basement of Makati Stock Exchange along Ayala Avenue. It's 12thou for unlimited use in Galleria or Express branches, and 14 visits in glorietta. Yun nga lang, one-time big-time yung payment. I think they also have packages for shorter periods pero pero sulit na sa akin yung 12thou kasi regularly naman ako nag-ggym :)

I'm sure there are TONS of restrictions. With rent of 1,000,000 per month and miscellaneous overhead of another 300K, there's no way it's just 12K for unlimited use ;) I think the key is "one big-time payment" aka "joining fee" :bop:
