lately for more than 1 month now meron lagi ako nararamdaman na crambling sound and movement sa aking tiyan like meron hangin sa loob ng tiyan ko na nagmomove. Wala siya pinipili na oras pero mas madalas from 11am - 3pm
What could this be?

Actually I think he/she means "rumbling". Or kind of like if you swallowed a small thunderstorm. If there isnt any pain its prob just the normal contractions of your bowels. Try to eat your meals on time. :)

yup dapat "U" yun - as in crumbling and rumbling sound with movement sa stomach. You know yung feeling na may hangin sa stomach mo or gas yata ang tawag dun that just circulates in the stomach making funny noises.
Before may normal sched ako for BM pero lately wala na although daily pa rin ang BM ko pero kung kailan at saan na lang abutin. And then that crumbling/rumbling noise in my stomach w/c i'm experiencing for over a month now.
well siguro nga dahil inaabot ako ng gutom every now and then dahil sa trabaho and biyahe. Do you think that's just it?

Believe it or not, there's actually a term for it: borborygmi.

^Its a general term doctors use to describe ulcer-type abdominal pain. They include diagnoses like acute gastritis, indigestion, heartburn, and ulcers.
Why the confusion? well a number of doctors dont like to commit to a diagnosis of an ulcer without the benefit of a endoscopy or overt signs of an ulcer like bloody stools, etc. Pero pare-pareho lang naman treatment nyan kahit mgkaiba *** name. (except ulcers that might require antibiotics)

subukan mo "salabat" (ginger powder in hot water). ang sarap :D
pwede rin po fresh "bawang" sa apple cider vinegar, parang sawsawan o kung gusto mo gawin mo na ring sawsawan.
