please be careful when dealing with this seller. I placed my order and she met up with my sister for the deposit when i placed my order for two bags that amounted to 1700. I sent her a deposit of 850. After a week of waiting, i texted her and didnt receive any further replies.

I then texted her friend who is in business with her and she said that there was a slight delay in the bag because it wasnt dry yet and said that they would give me 10% discount off my purchase bec of the delay. I waited a few days and texted them again. Still no reply from honey (-spring-) but her friend ann replied and said the process was damaged and they had to repeat it over again and because i had to wait i was to be given a free pouch. Still no reply from honey. I texted them both that if i dont get my bags then i would just demand for a refund or else i will post on PEX how our transaction went bad. Ann texted that they will return the money but still nothing until today.

I texted ann again and she said that she is not longer involved in the transaction and i should just get in touch with honey who apparently is no longer texting back.

I gave her almots a month to come up with the bags and still nothing. I am sad that i lost 850 bec i trusted this seller and i am just writing this to WARN other buyers.

i transacted with -spring- very recently and except for the initial hassles of registering for g-cash, our transaction worked out fine as the stuff i ordered from her arrived promptly. what happened to your deal was probably beyond her control; hope whatever went wrong could be sorted out soon.

its bec her friend ann is the one daw who makes the bags she's selling and i had a few questions about the bag, re material and colors, so she asked me to text ann directly. And since she didnt text back after she got the deposit. I had no other choice but to text ann :(

ann texted me this morning and she said her "friend" honey is no longer replying to her texts. And she just found out daw that honey also didnt ship out some of the bags that they made already.

She texted me that she was going to cover my expenses because she is responsible daw for all photo bag orders.

she has my bank account pa and she said she will do it today at 2pm.

well keeping my fingers crossed.

As i have stated in the beginning of this thread. This was started just to warn people when dealing with spring or her friend ann. I, with kimmy, have received the same text.

I do not have any idea if whatever they say to me, be it honey or ann, is true anymore because of the numerous reasons that they have given me and the amount of time they have delayed the return of my deposit.

The amount i lost is not the case here but it is just a warning to those who might be dealing with her in the future. I was not out to condemn or judge anyone but as i had said. I gave honey and ann more than enough opportunities to be honest with me but nothing.

I have been patient and yes i have already said in my previous posts as well that i will retract everything i said with a public apology on this thread if i had made a mistake. Ann has always been dishonest with me and the reason for the delay in the deposit sounds fishy. But still i am hoping this is all a misunderstanding caused by a series of unfortunate events. and in the end i hope they will prove that they are at least honest sellers.

as of oct 12 my money was returned through bank deposit to my account. The deposit of the money was done by her friend ann. I am glad we worked things out. Again, i hope we could have dealt with this matter faster than it took but i am glad at least ann was honest enough to return my money. Thanks,
