play houses @ malls

hello.. i need your opinions guys, my boyfriend is planning to put up a play house sa mall (just like kids @ work sa megamall)

1. do you think it's a good business?
2. positive/negative points of the business?
3. what is your personal opinion if you are the customer? (like, if your the parent, what are your expectations, safety of the place, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, etc)
