our client is the globe's largest independent content outsourcing services provider. it has service locations in europe, north america and asia.
1. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER
- candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in psychology, human resources management,
business management or related course;
- at least 5 to 7 years of working experience in compensation and benefits administration/hr generalism gained
from a global or a multinational organization;
- strong working knowledge of global compensation theory, practices and trends;
- excellent command of written and spoken english;
- ability to work across cultures;
- preferably with background in SAP or other related human resource information system; and
- must be willing to work in parañaque city.
2. ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in psychology, human resources management,
business management or related course;
- at least 5 to 7 years of working experience in organization development/business consulting/hr generalism gained
from a global or a multinational organization;
- strong working knowledge on the following: organization development theory, practices and concepts/organization
change management/organization design and effectiveness, talent management and leadership development;
- facilitation, leadership and group dynamic skills;
- coaching, process development and consulting skills;
- excellent command of written and spoken english;
- ability to work across cultures; and
- must be willing to work in parañaque city.
