Maintenance Superintendent
Salary USD 1800 to USD4000
MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENTATION
(WORK LOCATION – CHITTAGONG, BANGLADESH)
Skills, attributes and qualifications required:
· Organising, planning and executing the maintenance program
· Supervision of all maintenance staff and other related resources
· Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out safely
· Responsible for overall plant and equipment availability
· Play a lead role in the training and development of local staff
· Management of continuous improvement program
· Member of Emergency Response Team
· Responsible for the performance of the maintenance team
· Manage budget and spare parts inventory
· Ensure performance targets are met at minimum cost
· Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and Computerised Maintenance Managements Systems
Qualifications/Experience:
· Minimum relevant formal trade qualification and have extensive demonstrated operations and maintenance experience
· Minimum 8 years’ offshore / onshore maintenance experience, at least two of which in a senior position on a producing facility
· Experience working overseas in remote locations i.e. oil & gas industries
· Excellent knowledge of production, process and utility systems, good multidisciplinary technical knowledge
· Excellent leadership / supervisory and communication skills
· Good knowledge of maintenance techniques and tools / knowledge of planned maintenance systems
· Specialise in electrical / instrumentation or mechanical maintenance
· Highly motivated team leader able to work with little supervision
