Among the management consultancies, only McKinsey has an office here in Manila. I'm not sure if they get interns but the best place to check would be their website, where you can also apply and send in your resume. Bain and Boston Consulting have their regional offices in Singapore.
In terms of academic requirements, the top three (McK, Bain and BCG) all require high grades and honors. They also look for leadership abilities, communication skills and analytical aptitudes - things you should highlight on your resume.
Pricewaterhouse has an interesting division called Worldtrade Management Services which assists clients in their supply chain needs by dealing with the customs and valuation work. I don't know much about them besides this.

As an alternative to the management consulting firms, you could also approach the corporate finance practice groups of the investment houses: http://www.ihap.org
These groups engage in a good amount of business problem-solving activities such as M&A advisory, corporate restructuring and project finance. Someone I know got an internship at ATR Kim Eng last year, which helped him land a corporate finance job in another investment house after he graduated.
