well, siguro nga

for TSR, 15k and for CSA 12K, but of course di pa kasali mga allowances and stuff like that...

but come to think of it, you don't want to have a career in a call center who's giving you a salary that's way above the industry's standards but you're really not sure how long the company will stay, sometimes it's true that you should consider the salary, but you might want also to try looking on the otherside, company stability, you don't want to end up in a company that might give you high bp but is unstable, aren't you?
