Ano po ba ito, HR Agency or call center po talaga? Ano pong pangalan ng company? Ano ang mga openings? CSR (Inbound or Outbound), Tech. Support? Ano ano po?

its obvious guys.. empleyado lang sya kung san mang call center yung sinasabi nya. if you dont know,call centers (most) has employee refferal program so pag pass nyo ng resume sa kanya ipapass nya sa HR tpos pag natanggap kyo kikita sya, atleast 3thou. so kung sampu kyong natanggap thats 30k for him. i thought about that nrin kc.hehe kaya hindi sya makasagot kc hindi **** sya **** taga HR. and if it is indeed a PRESTIGIOUS company do you think they'll use threads like this for their recruitment?haha

^^ Yeah that seems to be the case. A Yahoo email is definitely not from a HR department of a RESPECTABLE company...

Haha now it was exposed.... Pero ya nakakatempting nga I bet that call center is also desperate to actually give 10k to each referred individual.

hhhmmm... convergys ba yan??? but im not sure coz ang alam ko 14k starting pay and 16k pag my experience... 10k for ccr, 12k for tsr and 15k for team leads for every succesful referral... dba... hehe... mind you guys tataas na salary by feb. rumors says magiging 20-22k na basic... pero hndi nmn mlbong mangyari kasi before 13.5 *** basic nmin sbi nila tataas nagkatotoo nmn after a few months 17.5 na basic nmin+2.5k allowance+20%night diff... basta all i can say is im very happy with cvg...:) kaya guys apply na ***...

if this is for Convergys, then it is at least 10k per referral, depending on the position. But she won't get it all at once. She'll get some if the referral signs the job offer and the rest if the referral gets regularized.

Having said that, I don't think this ad is for Convergys because 12.5k is too low a starting salary for Convergys. So, what company is this? :confused:
