top call center in what category? kasi sa marketing approach & benefits compensation, peoplesupport ang nanalo ng award. pero kung sa iba hindi ko alam. tapos kung office environment, syempre kanya kanyang views na lang ng agents yan. eh karamihan wala naman experience sa ibang call centers, konti lang din ang meron tulad ko, galing akong contact world. eh obvious naman siguro kung sino mas magandang center sa dalawa mwehehe
