verizon DSL b yun? *** *** kse TSR din ako ng verizon sa ibang bansa nga ***, nakita ko kse sa "webphone" namin kung san mag lologin ka at pipili ka ng location, meron dun philippines, kaya i figured out meron parehas ng account ko na naghahandle sa pinas..

Just wanted to ask san po matatagpuan ang Pacific Hub? Yan ba yung naririnig kong Epacific Hub? *** walang compensation ang training?

Ano ano mga openings? Outbound lang ba?

Verizon Online Technical Support is being handled by Teletech. Their site is in Novaliches at the Robinson's Mall. I actually was part of the launch group handling training. It was a very challenging job. I was sent there for about 5 months until it was smooth sailing. It's a fun team with great benefits. Plus you get the standard TeleTech night diff of 30%. You have very good accent and product trainers as well as managers. You can walk in to apply. As far as I know, they conduct interviews everyday for walk-in applicants. Two other new accounts launched a couple of months ago. The other accounts for the new site in Cainta is currently training there as well.

Nope...iba ito.

It's at the 10-11/f Robinsons Equitable Tower at the Ortigas Center in pasig.

Yes, there are still openings...but so far, it's largely outbound.

hmmm, this may sound weird. i had a friend who underwent training for verizon sa acs. sabi nya sa akin, akala daw nung trainer nila sa acs lang may verizon. nagulat yung trainer nung sinabi nung isa nyang wavemate na galing sa verizon pero sa ibang cc.

Yes meron verizon business sa alabang pero not a call center back end support ***, ang hinahire nila yung mga Network Engineer sa telco galing usually PLDT tsaka bayantel, nag hire din sila ng network Specialist na galing ng call center or mga tech agent na galing ng hardcore networking na merong CCNA at CCNP certification...
