paryomancer - sitel is located at the cybermall, eastwood city libis. Not so sure about the salary though. You may go and visit Sitel, they accept walk in applicants.
Sitel and EPerformax handles US Account, Sutherland handles US and European Accounts.
Moonster - they're a financial industry... PayPal is the financial institution used by Ebay. Their account is basically voice and email.
