you can try your luck @ TOUCH ASIA CONTACT SOLUTIONS, 12th flr, PEAK TOWER, Leviste St, Makati City. i believe they have permanent day shift (AUSTRALIAN etc etc) campaigns. my friend was connected with TOUCH ASIAs australian campaign and my friends shift started @ noon on weekdays, and during the weekends, my friends shift starts in the late in the morning. good luck!!

try call centers with australian accounts... orchid in ortigas... there's an autralian account in epacific but ofcourse i wont advice you to work there. most australian accounts are outbound

TELEPERFORMANCE can give you your preferred sked. however, you should give them a good reason for giving you that schedule. like school, or medical reasons, or some other reason - as long as it's valid.

pay? 12k to 13.5k, an open secret. plus attendance bonus of 3k if no absence in a month.

HSBC's in-house call center (Alabang site) also has day shift schedules primarily catering to back office work for Asia Pacific HSBC offices.

I heard in HSBC, only the collectors (outbound) are in the day shift. Customer care (inbound) is a 24/7 operation so there's a possibility that you'll be in the night shift.

AIG call center naman, 7 days a week tapos yung rest day mo may not be 2 consecutive days pero definitely you have 2 days rest. Earliest shift starts 8 or 8:30am and latest shift ends 10pm.

Sykes and Convergy's employment is the same as Sitel's (co-terminus with the account you will be assigned in). Even new players like Sutherland adopts this. In case the account your handling pulls-out the company has the option to transfer its people to another account provided that the employee has the competencies for it.

Convergys agents do not have a co-terminus arrangement with the accounts they belong to.

That was clearly stated in our contracts that we do not belong to any particular account and that was also clearly explained to us[by HRD] that we are not-co-terminus with the account where we are assigned.

GreedFly - collections agents are also working during the graveyard since US and UK ang clients... i've never heard na meron palang day shift ang collections.. baka yung mga nagstart ng 4am but it's still considered GY... if you can provide us more info on what companies have dayshift other than those that have been mentioned already will be much appreciated!! gusto ko na matulog ng normal sa gabi!!! haahaha!!! :mecry:

Is there a bond there? Is it PURELY dayshift, meaning to say, shifts start only from 4am downwards? Actually, when we say "dayshift" we mean that work starts when the night differential pay is no longer legally obligatory...that is from 5am onwards.

I went to Touch Asia na pare. Their only openings are for outbound call center agents and the shift is GRAVEYARD (for the US market).

Orchid Cybertech? I went there too and they asked if I was OK with a salary of 13k. I said "I heard your company also offers allowances, right?" and the interviewer said it would all be just discussed in the final interview. I still haven't heard from them though.

AIG Ortigas--I went there and dropped my resume with the guard, but no contact from them as of yet. I'm already thinking I should apply personally again and this time make sure I'm there before 4pm so that I can be processed and interviewed on the spot.

Ang sarap talaga ng 5am-1pm shift, ano? Sayang talaga yang Shell. Di na baleng hindi pala totoo na 25k a month ang basic salary dito, kahit na 18k na ang total takehome pay including allowances, basta masarap ang buhay kasi dayshift na! As for you, pasado ka ng behavioral di ba? Final interview na lang hinihintay mo? Verified mo na ba kay Pusa kung pasado ka sa behavioral? Swerte mo mehn!

Ang pag-asa mo na lang is Sitel, the next batch for Virgin Blue (airlines account), which is a PURELY DAYSHIFT account kasi Australian clients lang ito, will begin training on March 1. OK lang ba sa yo ang Libis? Hehehehe!

guys, just a heads up on TOUCHASIA... scary dito kasi have a friend who's friend works there... ok ang take home pay, in one pay period nakapag take home sha ng 40k at after 2mos ata nakabili na sha ng brand new na motor pero ang catch, walang tax.... eh di parang tax evader ka diba? hehehe!! mas mahal ang magbayad ng fines like the artista at pede ka pang makulong... ewan ko kung pano sila nakapag operate pero shempre may mga ganyang companies talga.... isa pa eh di kung wala kang tax, wala ka din dapat deductions for SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth.. pano na lang kung magkasakit ka, laki ka ng take home pay mo buo kaso nagtatago ka naman.... was actually texted by their HR for an interview and exam kaso nun nalaman ko yun nde ko na pinuntahan... goodluck sa mga mag aapply... info lang po...

Hi Leif. If you're going back to AIG, look for maffie batungbakal or Pie Delicano (I hope they're still connected). They are from HR. I used to work there kasi. The earliest shift is 8am-5pm and the latest shift is 1pm-10pm. Days off will vary. pwedeng 2days consecutive or pwede ring split. Its the only call center I know that does not have work on good friday, black saturday, and new year. Hope this will help.

What's wrong with a 2am shift?

I honestly would like nga to have a 3am or 4am shift eh. 2am pwede na rin. Kasi iwas ka sa traffic and init when commuting. Tapos you get off at 11am (if 2am ang pasok mo), 12pm noon (if 3am), 1pm (if 5am), etc. You can do a lot of things--work out, study for graduate school or law school--with that kind of schedule. And hindi siya unhealthy! Actually, waking up BEFORE dawn is said to be the BEST for one's physical health. That's why farmers and fishermen are tough and hardy, hale and healthy folks anywhere in the world (because they wake up before the sun rises).

Yeah, ME loves the 2am or 3am or 4am shift. It's way better than waking up for graveyuard shift, kahit complete na tulog mo, when you wake up, you feel like na kulang ka pa rin sa tulog.

ok yan ah :) ako mas gusto ko pa yung call center job na lower pay pero day shift kesa relatively higher nga tapos graveyard naman.. kulang pa yung difference sa pampagamot ko pagtanda ko.


agree ako diyan base on my experience na lang sa night shift ayos sana dahil malaki kikitain mo pero ang kapalit lang nun eh malaking gastos pag nagkasakit ka.
