Kasi, sa amin mababa na mag pa-sweldo, hindi pa namin nararamdaman na importante kami !!! Saan ka makaka kita na tataas ang posisyon mo pero bababa ang sweldo mo !!! Napaka KU*AL ng admin dito sa amin The admin sucks !!! Gudlak sa kanila. Time to move to another nest!!!!

There's no such thing as a perfect job nasa tao na yun kung ang tingin niya at pakiramdam niya ay super Ok na siya sa current job niya at masasabi niyang walang panget sa job na yun *okay*
Siguro kung OK/Perfect ang mga trabaho malamang walang magugutom, walang mag-rrally at walang corruption at discrimination. Hehe.. in my dreams :lol:

No call center is perfect...not even other companies of a different industry is perfect... medyo nasa negative side na nga lang kung ang working environment ay di maganda tapos pay and benefits are not goo din...Worst kung sasamahan pa ng di magandang pamamalakad ng management (hehehe may management ba na mahusay tapos di maganda benefits and working environment heheh)
I've talked to some call center agents and majority of them claims that the reason why they are staying in a company is because of the working environment putting much emphasis on supervisor and co-employee relationship plus the management treatment...
There's this one call center - grabe!!! hands up *** iba sa pasahod...but y is it that some people leave?...answer: ---- management.

hay nku.... kahit saan call center kahit saan kang trabaho pumunta, kahit hindi call center, hindi na mawawala ang ganyan... kahit gustohin mu man silang mawala sa mundong ito... we don't live in a perfect world...
i've been to that kind of support na as in super slaves ***, i've been to a company na super taas ng sweldo but the management eh 'lang kwenta... wahehehe

@angelica0707 i totally agree with you. Minsan nasa management na talaga ang pinaka-problema. Tsaka ewan ko ba, bakit pati sa trabaho may bahid ng pulitika.
