:) Exercise is good for the body, so a lot of people say!!! :)
So when do you get the chance to exercise??? :)

yes yes yes! i go to the gym everyday and during our season(tennis), everyday naman ang training but 3x a week na lang ang gym. tennis is a very very good exercise!

Yup! I try to exercise like 3 to 4 times a week. Exercise don't only incerase your stamina, firm your muscles.but also, makes you feel good about yourself.

I do. I exercise 7 days a week, twice a day on MWF, and once daily on the other days. I swim at least 2 kms thrice a week, then at home I do spot exercises. The results are great. :) I'm pretty happy with the way my body looks.

ako... (*nahihiya*) once a week pa lang (hehehe). pero next week twice a week na!!! (*yabang!) nakakatamad kasing mag-exercise pag wala kang kasama eh. so i make it a point na may gym-mate ako.

Yez, I exercise... pero di ko kaya yung ginagawa ni Doc I! ;)
I go to the gym at least thrice a week for two hours per session and I stretch daily (hehe, exercise ba to?). Wish I could do Pilates like my sister, but I haven't much money... :(

My only exercise is walking from the Ayala MRT station to Herrera St. in Makati. Back and forth. Everyday. I lost 5 lbs. in 2 weeks. Pathetic.

I don't go to the gym, but I do exercise after waking up and before going to sleep.

Me, I go to the gym three times a week. I do some cardio exercises and then proceed to lifting weights.
I also walk the dog on weekends, exercise din ito kasi mapapagod ka sa kasusunod sa tumatakbo mong aso. hehe! I usually use the stairs kung hindi naman mataas yung aakyatin ko. :)

i walk average of 30 minutes a day. and on saturdays i stretch the time to 2 hours...
am pretty lazy. :(

i just enrolled at a gym near my office. my routine: workout thrice a week... and diving every weekend.

Saturdays, gym. And pag trio ko, I take out my dance mat at nagpapakasawa ako sa dance revo!

almost every other day...i dance....do sit ups..hmmm....generally make myself sweat...... :)
i don't really need to exercise to lose weight....i just want greater dexterity and well....grace in my movements...
that....and yeah.....i walk a lot...

Kakatakbo at taas-baba ng taas-baba ng building eh siguro naman eh tama na.
Pero gusto ko pa ring mag volleyball and amg swimmning.

Everyday but Arnis is only thrice or four times a week coz the cuts and bruises need time to heal. Some of my joints are swollen from sustaining too many hits from tournaments so I could no longer open my hand that well, my right eye is no longer 20\20 vision because I received a straight lunge with the cane from a sparring session -- I'm serious -- It makes you healthy in terms of endurance and all but there are trade offs to my kind of exercise. I guess that's why I usually need to take pain killers after exercising.

ako, 1-2 hours of walking a day coz i'm a photojournalist, puro lakad. at least twice a week practice of taekwondo (spar tayo Sinned, kelan ka babakasyon?), preparing for my promotion. and once a month mountain climb. sobra na siguro no?

oo, nar-eexercise ako 3 houra a day, 3-4 times a week. mapapansin yung chnges dahil karamihan sa mga kaibigan ko hindi nag-eexercise.

fingers ko lang lagi naeexcercise ng keyboard 7 days a week :)
BOMBA_STARR, ang sakit naman ata nun! sparings and tournaments ng arnis, ako nga papary-pary lang noon dami kong naaksidente, gamit mo ba yan sa selfdefense?!
