Nabasa ko rin nga 'yun! Lam ko 'yung Maginet sa may Km. 15 sa Alabang. 'Yung Georgian Lane, sa Mariano Alvarez sa Moonwalk. 'Yung Artemis sa Makati pero 'di pa ata nagbubukas. 'Yung Sencor, sa Taft ata. Sana nga balitaan tayo nung mga me alam at 'yung mga headhunters.

Sencor and Maginet are companies who've been into other industry... sencor used to be in data processing... i think maginet dabbled with graphic design/web development. It seems they wanted to ride the call center boom.

Ang alam ko nga 'yung Maginet nasa Makati dati 'yun e.. Sila pa rin ba 'yung nasa Alabang o para ca call center lang nila 'yun?

I know someone whos working sa Maginet in alabang.In house callcenter sila for hotels.What i know from a friend shes earning 15K + 3K allowance la pa dun night diff. :)

Mostly outbound ata yung Mindbox pero malaki daw sweldo.

Anyways, yup entry level *** salary kasi friend ko fresh grad sya.
Clients..mostly guests from hotels and *** hotels nila iba-iba sa hk,australia pati dito sa phils.(shangrila hotels)
yup sila din *** pay per view pero internet lang support ng callcenter.

Mejo madami daw exams,and mahirap daw *** practical exam.Mga 2 mos training and may bond po daw 1 year,no dress code for night shift pero pag napunta ka daw day shift smart casual,halo-halo clients kasi guests sa hotels may chinese,japanese etc.Hehehe.Sana nakatulong ako uli.Dont worry willing naman friend ko mag share ng info.:)

What?! One Year?!! Sobra naman un? Teka lang, ano ba'ng klase yung bond sa Maginet? Dun kasi sa call center where I came from, walang bond. Ang pagkakaintindi ko sa bond, i-dededuct *** ilang parte ng sweldo mo, tapos, you will receive it all after a certain period of time (eg. 6 months). Sa kaso ng Maginet, ibig ba sabihin you will not receive the full salary offered to you until after one year? Thanks again, Pauline!

Actually training bond sya.. u cannot leave the company for 1 year or else u need to pay the bond. :)
