some call centers accepts walk-in but you have to make yourself available the whole day just in case they will be processing your application the same day that you visited them.
i would also suggest that you go to the company in the morning latest would be 9 a.m. for you to be given a slot immediately.

In my experience with walk-in application, you have to go to the company itself, of course bring your curriculum vitae or resume. You dont have to be in Business attire, most call center requires SMART CASUAL, usually a polo and slacks no jeans.... but there are some call center that accepts casual attire, well it depends on the company you're applying for....so para safe be on SMART CASUAL na lang :)
The process is whole day, or even half day. Depends again on the company...but mostly whole day, so make yourself available for the whole day.
Some call centers have a series of process i.e., initial interview, one or two examination (computer or written, depende kung tech support or CSR) sometimes they have call center simulation most likely an examination for your listening and comprehension skills, another interview if you make it with your exam sometimes this seves as your final interview...but other call center company have this "panel interview" held in the evening, i think it is with sykes asia and then a client interview...phone patch again held in the evening.
Catch is prepare lang, review your english grammar...
Another catch and I think you have to remember this
Although call center companies are owned by Americans, Europeans, Australians and the likes, here in the Philippines, so please don't expect Western Time or the Popular Amercian Time which is ON TIME. Sad to say that sometimes it'll took you 20-45 min just to be process
Pero di ba kapag may TYAGA MAY NILAGA!!! :)
Basta yakang yaka mo yan and goodluck. :)
