Hey geeken_potter. We don't actually sell. We set appointments for our clients in the states. Although, if the person you're calling approves of it, it comes out as a sale on your part. It's a lot easier than normal telemarketing.

ok... the task is to call as many people as you can and offer them a service or product. If they refuse, then you say "ok thanks" if they accept, then it's a stat for you. It's really as simple as that. Inbound call agents have a lot more difficult time coz of the technical part of the job and the stress that comes with dealing with irrate americans *okay*

Oh one more thing... about the quota... of course, in any business there is a standard or target or benchmark that is the gauge of your competency as an employee. Even if it's not an outbound call center agent, there is ALWAYS a quota ;)

If you had previously worked for the bigger call centers, it's kinda small... BUT... we're still growing, and sooner or later... Things are bound to change. It would be better that you were there ahead of everyone else.
