What products have you tried in Healthy Options? Can you recommend anything from supplements to food? I have tried their baby food for my 8 month old baby, so far so good.. :) :)

My mom bought me the Mother's Milk tea which is supposed to help with your milk supply. To be honest, I don't know if it's effective or if it's just a placebo.

I like their KLBV. It aids metabolism and it seemed to work for me.

me, Green tea capsules. :) parang ang sarap mag grocery sa kanila kse puro healthy, but it's pricey (and reasonably so)

Matagal ko nang bumili ng any of their products, kaya lang mahal yung mga prices nila.

I am a regular customer of Healthy Options. I normally buy my shampoo (Jason), psyllium husks, and EFAs from that store. Kung tutuusin mura pa rin sa kanila esp. when it comes to psyllium husks, a pack of which is sold for 600++ pesos but it'll last for 3-4 months. Similar products like yung c-lium, is 100 pesos for every 5 packets so 5 days lang un. The shampoo can last up to 6 months tapos organic pa sya as compared sa local shampoos, which do not even indicate the ingredients in their labels.

my friend-doctor recommends Ginko Biloba (memory enhancer) from HEALTHYOPTIONS..

ginamit bya daw yun ng mga 2 buwan prior to her boardexams... and whoah she passed! (shempre me halong aral at pagsisikap yun, di lang basta droga)

well sis, im sure they are. otherwise they won't be able to sell it inside popular malls in Pinas. if they are not, malamang nagtatago sila or they're selling it in kiosk or small spaces lang.
