separation pay for yaya

hi. do you give separation pay for yaya when you fire her? if yes, how do you compute the amount? tnx

Our yayas have never been fired. Most of them have retired, though. Usually they go back home to the province and start families of their own. We give separation pay equal to one month for every year of service. "One month" is of course based on their salary at the time of retirement.
