Have you guys heard of any news from Stradcom?

How's the company doing?
Is it going bankrupt or is it earning profits?
How does it treat its employees?
Is there a high turnover rate? What could have caused this?
How about the culture?

I'm trying to make back ground checks on prospective companies to work for.

sila nga yung nag computerized sa land transportation office sa east ave. yung friend ko nasa computers nag upgrade sila ng system for LTO kaya lang galit ang mga LTO sa stradcom kaya pag lumalabas sila sa opisina di nila sinusuot yung ID nila yung isa ka officemate ng friend minura daw taga LTO meron sila call center pero kakaiba to at medyo sensitibo meron sila age limit di ako nakapasok. nagpapalakad ako siguro pwede ka naman mag walk-in mas maganda me kakilala ka dun di ko alam kung ito tinutukoy mo na stradcom.

naghihigpit na sa opisina kalalagay nga lang ng cctv sa office dati nga daw peteks nakakapag dota pa dati ngayon bantay sarado sa opisina di nga makapag reply kaibigan ko sa ym kahit nakabukas. yun lang makipagkwentuhan pabulong overall peteks pero mapulitika medyo delikado trabaho alam mo na pag pinagusapan lto involved mga kotse as in hot cars.

ahhhhh ok ok. present employee kba bro? matagal ba talaga hiring process nila. nagexam nko and interview with HR and sabi tatawagan "for schedule" sa final interview. does it mean na pasado kasi may final interview? its been 4 days na kasi di pa tumatawag hehehe

i had the chance to meet some of the stradcom peeps when i had my ojt in a company in ortigas which handles the LTO project as well just like stradcom (clue: database ng stradcom, yung company na yun ang provider, sa prestige tower lol). hmm dami nilang trainings para sa project na yan before. all sorts of trainings, sometimes same people so imagine andami mong trainings for a year, however, am not sure kung may bond hehe
