Lost Cedula

A li'l help here please. I lost my cedula and genius that I am, forgot to copy the certificate number. Kapag kumuha ako ng bagong cedula, kinakailangan ko bang magdeclare ulit ng compensation income ko o sapat na ba yung limang-pisong cedula?

meron pa bang P5 na cedula ? saan na kukuha yan?
d ba P21 na *****?? plus taxes daw ewan ko kaya ganyan na amount.

I tink pede na yung tig pa P5. Di naman ***** masyado nilang beni veirfy yan.
Last year nakapag file nga halos lahat *** sa ofis gamit yun.

Computation: Basic tax of P5.00 plus additional tax of 1 peso for every P1, 000.00 of income regardless of its source but total tax not to exceed P5, 000.00.

Kung gustong malinis ang konsensya, magdeklara ng tamang income doon sa barangay at bayaran ang kaukulang buwis.

Kung halimbawang kumikita ka ng 15k a month, aabot lang ng 185 PHP ang babayaran mong community tax para sa buong taon.

If you need another one for legal purposes (notary public, etc), pay the minimum basic tax only. That in itself is already too much. If you paid the correct taxes when you got the first one, your conscience should be clear. There is no need to pay the same tax twice.

In case you get sued for tax evasion (on a cedula? yeah, right) you can always say you lost the old cedula, and maybe if they wanted your money bad enough you could go to the city hall and have someone go through the records. Let's see how they like them apples. :lol:

i think the use of cedula in legal docs is bit funny. one lawyer told it's to establish the identity of the person or somethingto that effect. but then u can just buy one at P5 in sidewalk. he even mentioned that there's a proposal to exclude it from legal reqs.

btw, is it ok if i get cedula from other city other than my residence? say my address is in qc and i get from manila?

or what if i just buy from sidewalk and just fill it up w/ data applicable to me? blank kasi yung mga binebenta
