my bestfriend used to work there--philam plans i think, the one located in UN. she's with HR department--her name is farah. my sister is in the business department.

maganda naman ata ang benefits, they offered me a job before but when they learned na my sis is working there na, hindi na sila nag pursue sa akin:D

@queenkatie! bawal kse ang magkamag-anak sa philam.. sa hr ginagawa namin pag meron mga walk-in applicants tas may kaapelyido sila sa mga employees, we call these employees and ask them if they are related.. ganon ka-strict don e.. hehe!

^ madali lang tests nila.. pero ang pahirapan e ang interview.. kse sympre pagpipilian kyong lahat na nakapasa.. i'm not sure about sa salary ng entry level.. bigay mo na lang resume mo.. pero i think at present yung philamlife, *** sila vacant position (accrdng sa mga connections ko.. hehe) pero try mo sa affiliated companies nila.. baka meron.. gud lak!!!

hehe.. di na ako taga philam e.. anyway, i would suggest that you pass your resume sa makati.. kse yun ang corporate hr, meaning centralized sya. they are using philamlife kse that's their mother company here in the philippiens.. gets? naku ang labo kong kausap! hehe! affliates nila ang philam savings bank, AIG, philamcare and others.. basta ganon.. good luck!

ang tanong eh di kaya matulad ito sa gaya sa CAP? mga pamangkin ko naka-plan dyan sa philam e hinihikayat nila mga kids ko pero ala na ko tiwala sa mga ganyan. i-bank ko na lang at pagdating nila ng 18 saka ko ibibigay.

Sabihin mo nang biased ako dahil dati akong nagtrabaho doon, pero ang pagkakaiba ng Philam (Plans), hindi sila kailanman nagbenta ng "open-ended" plans. Yang mga "open-ended" plans ang naging sanhi ng pagbagsak ng mga katulad ng CAP at Pacific Plans.
