What career path are you looking at? Marketing? Finance? MIS? Applications Development? Some BPO outfits are hiring for systems analyst work. Check with Citibank's back-office or Accenture.

off the top of my head, I would say the following would be possible

Business analysts
Business Process analysts
system analyst

project manager might not work as you would need a lot of experience for that position. theory is nice but experience in such a post is important.

I don't see any reason why there aren't possible jobs if they were able to come up with a name for this degree.
