Join Team 1 Alliance and start your own home based call center. It's the same as the traditional call center but the difference is that you work at your own home, at your own convenient time. There is also no quota or kpi required and no risk and stress of having to travel late at night. Added to this, you will also be provided by the company with the software, calling system, client database, (mostly from US, Canada, soon in Australia), headset and high-end desktop PC. You can earn in dollars and peso simultaneously. In your call center business, you get 10% of the total gross sales for an outbound sales account. But your options are not limited to this as there will be many other accounts/campaigns that are available depending on your skill and interest. In a traditional call center, you have a quota of 60-100 calls per day, if you don't meet it, you are penalized. In our company, we will not push you to a certain quota. You can work 1 hr, 2 hrs, depending on how many hours you want to spend on the job.
The other way is to earn thru referrals. This is where your peso earnings will come from. You can earn as much as you want depending on how many referrals you have. The income in referrals may be unlimited, however, you still can concentrate just in you call center and still earn in dollars, or better, do both.
The call center industry is rapidly growing and now is a good opportunity to take advantage and be part of this, specially since the company is very new and promising. You can secure your position now, by shelling out just a minimum of P9,600.
