me tooo... kc sa december pa ko magboboard.. hanap nga rin ako part time eh... pero abi nila, mahirap makahanap nun kc limited slots *** talaga.. *** ibang co. di pa naghihire ng part timers... may questions ako: are u planning to work while studying for your board, will u tell them na thats your reason for applying part time, and once u pass your board your goin to find a job na related sa course mo????
im a nursing grad kc.. at duda ko na baka itanong nila sken to kc nga anlayu **** ng kors ko.. people say kc na they hire people who are willing to grow with their company.. not just use them and leave them behind..

iyuckin, naku halos ganyan lahat tanong sa akin. Bakit medicine tapos call center. I just tell them that at first glance, both field may look different. But, if you take a closer look, both are similar in some ways. For one thing, the contact center industry deals with satisfying the needs of its customers while the healthcare industry deals with satisfying the needs of the patients.

sophie_16, I was formerly connected with Convergys. Starting this Monday, I'll be having training at People Support. I'm glad that I am able to experience working in an office setting (one of my dreams, actually) and for the top two companies in the industry at that.

Hehehe ika nga you cant teach old dogs new tricks. Ang tanong e dog kaba? :rotflmao: hehehehe joke lang ser. Oo naman nsa genetics nating mga pilipino na maayos magingles, 2nd nature na satin yung mga pinoy. Kelangan lang mahasa. Ang mga call center naman e nago-offer ng language and accent equalization (tama ba yun?) para sa mga matitigas ang dila or yung may mga deep tagalog accent*okay*

Personally ser, kung ako sayo magboard muna ako tapos pursue ko muna yung profession ko pag d kaya saka ako call center. Kasi baka magenjoy ka ng husto sa call center at hindi mo na asikasuhin yun prof mo e saka mahirap na kumita ng malaki tapos liliit. Dami pa chicks at magagandang lalake. :D

yup training fee is 1,500. our program is open for anyone who has the drive and ambition to work in this industry or who simply wants to enhance their communication skills :)

so sorry about that. the numbers i gave was our training coordinator's who was actually on leave wednesday. dunno why she wasnt able to reply to your text though. anyway, we charge 1500 for the course which runs for 5 days. mondays to fridays from 9am-5pm although next week we'll be starting on wednesday since we still have to fill seats for the program.

Next week will start by Wednesday??? Your training coordinator replied to my text last Wednesday night and she said just come by Monday. I already filed my emergency leave for the whole week next week, if sa Wednesday pa kayo mag start masasayang ang leave ko!!! Now im in a dilema, i practically beg for my Boss to grant me the emergency leave so i can attend ur class and now it won't push thru on Monday?
