PeopleSupport has one day processing. Quite easy to get in. If you pass the computer-based exam (and IMO anyone can pass that), then you're halfway there.

most of the trainings are during night time. anyway, just in case u got in, u can make arrangements with the recruitment officer. they can accommodate special requests such as that. :)

Ok sa West...one thing lang ang masasabi ko... never ever try applying in Sitel... Sobrang pangit ng workforce nila. If in case na you need a definite schedule or something with Sitel they really stick to what is placed in the contract na shifting kse literal when you think it's your day off they will call you last minute and they will ask you to come to work and mandatory pa ito. And worse is that when they think that your about to resign... willing silang i clear ang violations mo so that you will still continue to work with them! Anong klaseng company ang willing na mag tanggal ng violation for an agent to continue to stick with them di ba?! DESPERATE MEASURES? YEAH, HELL YES! Kse people are leaving them na.... :angry:

sa dell pahirapan ang work?I don't think so....am with Dell and sobrang petix kami dun....kulang na lang magdala kami ng tv at radyo...hahahahaha.btw, Dell is hiring right now for Inside Sales Rep...Training will start on June 2, as what I've heard from that I referred...basic is 18k and we're actualy looking for people who's with the industry(sales preferably) for "AT LEAST" with a year of cc sales experience......try nyo, madami nagaapplypero madami din bumabagsak...there's no harm on trying naman....Dell is very particular with tenure and they really don't like call center hoppers....Dell doesnt have any bond, which is really good coz they are confident that once you get in, you will not be thinking of going out of the company coz of the compensation and benefits package that they offer...if anyone's interested, kindly send your email here>>>> deni_jon@yahoo.com ....can't give out my office email hehehehe...another thing, you'll have your own email and direct line...also Instant messaging.....:bop: *okay*

madali mag rekomenda pero ang tatanong handa ka ba sa interview. alam mo ba isasagot mo it will probably take you more callcenters before you could get a job offer not unless me previous job experience ka. tsaka asahan mo madaling araw ka uuwi for a final interview sasabihin papuntahin ka alas nueve pero pagaantayin ka hanggang madaling araw for final interview.

krungkrung4life is ryt, wag na sa SITEL lalo na sa PeoplePC (PPC)acct nila. Agents are losing their headsets. So you dont have any choice but to pay for it. Yup madaling makapasok but whats the use of it if walang kwenta sa kanila ang mga agents. Puro sila TAKE walang GIVE. Try mo sa WEST or Sutherland. Basta wag sa SITEL. This is just a warning to all applicants!!! HEHEHE!!!

^^I have to agree. My best bud is working in Sitel now. Bad trip siya kasi sira ang day off niya dahil nagpa iba na ng shift nung week na yun. And it was such a short notice..

bakit nawawala headsets?? kahit saan naman call center uso naman nenokan ng headsets kaya ka nga me locker para ilagay mo dun pati foam iwan mo sa headsets tapos iniwan mo sa production wala na yun mahal pa naman ng foam para sa tenga. People PC goodluck kung sino mapupunta dun.
