dunno how true is this kasi before sabi yung xbox agents eh magiging under na raw ng HH kaya mag-iincrease daw ang mga salary pero one year na raw eh hindi pa nagkakatotoo..hanggang building at ID lang ang effectivity ng HH pero yung payroll, amber pa din.

You would have advantage if you have been working for this outsourced companies by Microsoft, then when the time comes and there really is Microsoft here then it would be much easier for you to apply. Kasi nga galing ka na ng Microsoft. Pero sa tingin ko di talaga magkakarun ng Microsoft callcenter dito.
