I'm sure they all have its pros and cons... i just need your feedback
I have a lot of headhunters calling me for interview appointments- same with companies who want to hire me directly
I want to read about the experiences any of your have had with regards to being hired directlym or through a headhunter :)

pag headhunter balita ko, taas ang take home pay. pero walang benefits. lahat ng mga deductions ikaw magbabayad at magaasikaso. NO WORK NO PAY.
pag direct hire, lower ang take home pay. pero merong benefits.

Headhunters get a certain percentage direct from your salary. Direct hire gives you what is due (or agreed upon from company contract).

i used to work in a headhunting firm.. believe me, it was so hard getting applicants.. kse nga they have this notion na bawas sa sweldo, wlang benefits, may contract bonds.. well, good thing, i left already.. chaka kse wlang growth pag nandon ka as a recruiter (hehe, sorry guys, off topic)
pero i would suggest, direct company ka na lang magapply.. mahirap din kse ang wlang benefits na nakukuha e.. yun lang!

it depends... for me if you're applying for an entry level job then apply directly... moving forward 2 years from that period, if a headhunter calls you and invites you to apply for a similar or higher position then that's the time to entertain them.
staff level = NO
managerial level thru an executive search campaign = YES
hope that helps!
