Job Title: 600 Customer Service Professionals
Synopsis of Role
Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with issues regarding their credit card account. Provide accurate information concerning fees, statements information, and general credit card information. Offer additional products to cardholders through cross sales of products when applicable.
Essential Functions
Receive inbound calls, gather and verify required information, answer questions and assist cardholders with information pertaining to their credit card account
Provide information to the cardholder and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be taken for quick problem resolution
Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all calls. Maintain exceptional level of confidentiality with the client’s information.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the client’s systems so that information can be researched and proper/correct information is given to card holder.
Offer products through cross sales, when applicable, using trained sales skills.
Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products.
Achieve assigned KPI goals (Sales Precent, Quality, AHT, Tranfer Rate)
Attend Team Meetings and/or additional training sessions as scheduled
Qualifications
Must be a college graduate
6 months of prior Customer Service with some Sales experience.
No employment termination due to just cause in work history
Above average verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service, analytical and decision making skills
