:D Advanced Contact Solutions is Hiring for DSL Technical Suppport Representatives. The basic is 18K, after certification (training) there is a 5k bonus and if you stay with the company for 3 months we will give you another 10k as a bonus. Please walk-in AB Plaza Bldg. buendia cor Tordesillas Makati, its a 1 day hiring process. All other accounts are hiring too like Financial Services, Telecoms, Ticketing and Reservation. Please pm me if you need additional info.

im currently working for 7 months now with the same account in another call center... its taking forever for my application for TL and since andami na namin dito mahirap na magapply for higher positions

Yes the position for TL and Trainers are open, so youre from Telectech. In fact we have lots of people coming from Teletech, Convergys and RMH. Please feel free to walk-in anytime. We currently have 236 in production and 250 in training, this is a 1t seater account.

Hi, 18K is the basic and not the package. If you want to verify please contact the HR or recruitment dept 8825400. Verizon DSL has the highest basic across all ACS accounts, and we encourage lateral movement, recently 80+ agents from DTV moved to DSL and they will enjoy the same increase in their basic pay.

Hi Simpsons. I left my resume there in ACS 2 weeks ago coz i still have work in the evening. I asked the front desk if they have openings for TLs but said none and i still havent heard from them since then......

Do they have an opening for TL positon? Can we apply online?

I went there two weeks ago but the only position avail is TSR/CSR and whats worst you have to apply directly online (LAN) and wait for your turn for an avail computer. And they will have you wait for a long time. If theres an online applic for TL position, it will be more convenient and hassle free.

nagwowork na ako dito sa ACS and 18k lang talaga wala naman Transpo allownance or food allowance ...

correct me if im wrong ... ano pa ba dapat ma rerecieve namin na perks?

I was suppose to be wave 5 but I did not grab the offer. Maganda na sana ang account, the position is level 2 pa, competitive din ang salary and perks especially the 5k certification bonus and 10k retention bonus. facilities wise, pwede na rin, bago ang site at magaganda ang station with a retro look production area with a 15" fujitsu flat screen pc. accounts wise, verizon is the biggest telecom company in the states before the merger of att, sbc and bellsouth pero malaki pa rin sila and also one of the most admired. i was with att long distance outbound b4 with another call center and verizon is our biggest competitor, ayaw talaga mag switch ang mga cutomer kasi satisfied daw sila sa verizon, so that means maganda ang service nila. sabi nga namin b4, kung may verizon lang dito sa pinas lilipat na kami dun.eto na nga , andito na verizon sa pinas at nanghihinayang din naman ako kasi i did not grab the opportunity, maganda na sana ang account kasi dsl na level 2 pa. but there is a catch, you will be a project based employee with no tenure at all, usually sa ibang call centers if u passed their metrics after six months, regular ka na but not with acs.during the job offer the hr officer was asked kung kailan mareregular, she was not even sure at sabi niya at least one year daw depende pa if u meet the metrics. at ang sagot pa niya, they just want to protect the company's interest since bago ang account, what if mag pull out ang verizon, saan nila isasaksak ang regular employees nila. that would be a big burden on their part, may point din sila dun. dagdag pa niya mas maganda ang project based kasi flexible daw so pag may nag pullout na account pwede kang isaksak sa ibang account na may opening. if you are a fresh grad looking for your first job or an experienced employee looking for call center experience go for it! this is for you, but if u r a veteran looking for growth this
is not for you. anyways, it still depends on a person's perpective, this is a free country and u can do whatever u want.

Are you still hiring for the TSR position? I don't have a call center exp 'yet' but have almost four years of exp in an IT related job(Cust.service/sales). And.. what about the hiring process, is there an exam? and could you give me some interview tips.. Then on training, for how many months.. and is it a paid training? pls. reply.. thanks:)

hi! may taga HR ba dito? nagtake kc ako ng exam nung tuesday then after nun initial interview, sabi skin nung naginterview they will call me na lang w/in 24hrs for further instructions pero pag wala silang call it means may applicant na sila suited for the position. i'm not expecting naman na dey will col me kc as far i kno 1day processing lang sa ACS, but someone told me na if u really failed they will say it na agad after the initial interview.. ano po ba **** *** status ko? thanks!

bayad ba ang training? yap, paid training! training will go for 5 weeks(1week softskills and 4 weeks product specs.) and yung 1 week softskills FREE Meal lang and for the 1st two weeks of the product specs FREE MEAL and
500 a day(non taxable) and yung 3rd and 4th week 500 a day ka na lang, then if you get certified, you'll get an additional 5k bonus.. so bale 15k makukuha mo

i applied in ACS last december for QA, i passed intial interview, exams and i was invited for final interview. originally, im from convergys alabang, i tried to apply in there since my sister is working in ACS MCI acct.. punta ako dun after the shift and my! my! sobrang tgal ng process kc i was there after my shift (10pm-7am) ***** mga 10am ata, i had my initial interview at 4pm. Exams at 7pm and final interview ko ng 9pm.. sobrang bbgsak nko sa antok at ngarag nko at nfinal interview ako ng 11pm. we were 2 nlng sa final interview, ndi ako nkuha kc *** ksama ko for final interview friend nung hr so dba waste of time and effort.. and i remember while im waiting for my turn sa final interview lumabas muna ako sa lobby, **** kala nung hr n magiinterview sakin uuwi nko sa sobrang tagal hinabol nia pko sa labas just to tell me i'll be next in a minute or two pagkatapos aUn, umuwi ako to laguna mga 12 n ata ng luhaan... ang saya diba??? :grrr:

we had the worst trainer, as in WORST! she distributed our headsets and of course we couldn't bring our headsets home and we are liable if we lost them, eh ang headset ay 3k++, nagapply kami for lockers, and we gave our forms to our trainer ang sabi ba naman "what if you guys don't get certified?? mahihirapan pa ako nyan asikasuhin yung lockers nyo" what the f#ck?!? tapos ala talaga kwentang trainer, she just reads the manual and she talks so fast.. tapos lagi pang late, how unprofessional, damn.. the bad thing is, she collected our locker application forms and we found out that she didn't submit the forms dun sa deparment na nagpa-process nun, she just went on vacation na lang, geez, she submitted the forms on our LAST DAY OF ABAY.. and lastly, we didn't LEARN from her, she really sucks! tapos there's this rumor na she branded our wave na BOBO, wave 7-Bobo.. geez, how unprofessional, ewan ko ba why ACS-VOL made her a trainer and as an operations supervisor.. buti pa ibang trainers eh, magagaling, unlike her, geez...

thanks to the EA's and L3's who assisted us during our ABAY, they were very helpful, we really learned a lot from them..

hehehe Sabi nga nila kailangan daw ng EA katulad namin sa training pero masarap sa production .. di bale sa mga baguhan wag nyo na lang sisihin mga trainor nyo kung talaga gusto nyo umasenso mag tanong kayo sa mga matagal ng agents dito na masipag at maganda mga QA..

gaano naman kabilis ang promotion? how about metrics? kwento mo naman .Politics in the floor meron din? got friends at teletech. Pag nag kukwentuhan sila yung politics ang laging issue kaya dami sa kanila resign. sensya na noob pa ko sa ganitong jobs.
may nabasa rin akong post dito about a trainer na "bad trip". di ba monitored ng Sups yun? Someone voiced out the problem pero di naman specific. no guts. kesyo wala sila natutunan etc.. di naman nagbigay ng name.

anyway, I was called by DELL kasi apply ako sa kanila pero I never made it to the exam. is being a DSL tech support easier than being an OEM tech support?

oo yan trainer namin, eh nak nang tokwa, ala kwenta magtrain, kami kami na lang nagtulungan para matuto kami! very unprofessional, laging late and ayaw pa i-sign locker forms namin, bwiset talga un, kasi madami raw hindi macecertifiy samen.. in her face, most of us got certified! ala sya kwenta! kainin nya na yung locker forms namen :grrr: :bop:

sa batch nyo kasi basta makapagsalita ng english ok na ... unlike sa mga earlier batch like batch 1and 2 masyado mahigpit ang screening sa kanila and sa wave 3 karamihan sa amin technical people except sa mga kabarkada ni rhee na naging mga abusado madami absent di natanggal compare sa iba 1 time lang nag absent kasi na late terminated agad...

nung time namin sinabihan namin sya na may kinikilingan at kung umasta pag nagtanong kami ng technical na question na wala sa manual ang lagi nya sagot teka lang let me double check that .... hanggang sa umabot sa HR *** mga pangyayari kasi ang training namin biglang naging 6 days a week and the worst things is *** oras every 3 days nagbabago... imagine ang end ng training namin is 7am-5pm and next schedule namin 10pm -5am... ilang oras lang pahinga namin kaya ang ginawa namin we brought the attention of the HR kasi sila gumagawa ng training schedule namin...the HR told us that we signed a contract and its state na kung ano mang oras ang training dapat umatend kami ... HEHEHE buti na lang may law student sa amin sa training ng batch and tumaob ang HR sa debate ... well to cut the story shorter the HR still insist na they are right and we can't do nothing about it .. so sa madaling salita pinakita namin sa kanila harap harapan na may mga job offer kami sa Dell and almost 50% of the wave 3 is applicant ng Dell and already got a Job offer... kaya sya umiyak sa amin kasi parang Pakatapos nya kami i Train aalis lang kami. ginamit din nya *** "pagumalis kayo dito sa Company babayaran daw namin ang bonds.. sabi namin bakit the Company is the first one to broke the contract.. kaya ***** sa batch Wave 2-3 madami lumipat sa dell kaya sa wave namin 24 lang kami natitira sa Production unlike you guys you got 3-4 different section per Wave...

haha, ganun ba?! taena nga eh, pag nagtatanong ako ng technical questions, she'll just say that we should be only concentrating about the product, eh kasama rin naman sa feature ng modem na tinuturo nya, kaya nakakawalang gana eh.. my wavemate asked ree why VOL has 2 protocols(DHCP and PPPoE), she replied "you don't have to know that, we just have to concentrate on the product" parang ganyan, haha.. saka she admitted that she's not "techie", pero she still sux! haha

pano d lilipat sa DELL yan mga wavemates nyo, ala wenta trainer, she kept on bragging na that she trained wave 3 and humahakot daw kayo ng commendations, eh as if **** napakahelpful nya, wahehe

yes thats true for commendation meron kami mga kasama halos sawa na sa commendation kasi every week meron sila.. pero ako 5 pa lang commendation ko since umapak ako ng production and the best thing is i got promoted to Escalation Agent after a Month and 2 Weeks im aiming to be TL Within 4 months or less but if i got unlucky ill give it a try until August.. kung wala talaga ...

we had the worst trainer, as in WORST! she distributed our headsets and of course we couldn't bring our headsets home and we are liable if we lost them, eh ang headset ay 3k++, nagapply kami for lockers, and we gave our forms to our trainer ang sabi ba naman "what if you guys don't get certified?? mahihirapan pa ako nyan asikasuhin yung lockers nyo" what the f#ck?!? tapos ala talaga kwentang trainer, she just reads the manual and she talks so fast.. tapos lagi pang late, how unprofessional, damn.. the bad thing is, she collected our locker application forms and we found out that she didn't submit the forms dun sa deparment na nagpa-process nun, she just went on vacation na lang, geez, she submitted the forms on our LAST DAY OF ABAY.. and lastly, we didn't LEARN from her, she really sucks! tapos there's this rumor na she branded our wave na BOBO, wave 7-Bobo.. geez, how unprofessional, ewan ko ba why ACS-VOL made her a trainer and as an operations supervisor.. buti pa ibang trainers eh, magagaling, unlike her, geez...

thanks to the EA's and L3's who assisted us during our ABAY, they were very helpful, we really learned a lot from them..

Im sad you feel that way, i suggest when anyone has concerns that you bring it up in the correct forum, wherever you are its still that way right? escalate to the next level manager i think its marbee, shouting and screaming amongst yourselves would not do anything good.

well, you're right, ranting and complaining how unprofessional our trainer was won't do me anything good..

as a matter of fact, most of wave 7-B would actually want to bring this issue to the higher management, but we opted not to, besides, we got certified and we will just move on.

Ree is the most horrendous and unprofessional trainer at ACS-Verizon, she discourages the class to share and talk technical stuff, and she even branded wave 7-B as "BOBO" ... :grrr: :grrr: :bop:

training allowance 500 per day + free lunch/ when youre in production its 18k + night diff, after certification you get 5000 bonus after 3 mos you get loyalty bonus 10k on top of pay

yey! Just got certified last friday! Maraming maraming salamat sa mga EA's or should I say "saviours" Josh and Don na palaging sumasagot sa mga bobo kong tanong ("anong gagawin pag nakalagay 401 authorization required?", "bakit wala siyang adsl number?") and to the L3's na nagbibigay ng mga trade secrets nila. salamat salamat!

i'm from wave 11...=)... balita ko 3 yata ang di nakapasa...

bakit may mga QAs na incosiderate? ang dami kong kasama sa team ngayon na nagrereklamo na.. there's this QA na girl na naghahanap ng butas daw para makitaan ng mali yung agents, to think na bago lang kami sa floor even yung mga old batch nakaaway nya daw dahil sa mali maling paggawa nya ng grades.. tamang nakikipagkwentuhan daw to while listening sa call kaya pagdating ng coaching, di niya natatama yung pagbibigay nggrades.. ganto ba talaga dito... ang dami agad balita...nagtatanong lang po

hehe, you have to get used to it! it's normal for a call center to have ***** QA's, but if the QA that you are talking about is kaye, pwew, alang alam yan! if you think na ***** ang QA nyo, ask for some help from your TM and idispute nyo.

@ ptrixx- yeah, her name is kaye, talagang nagpapatawag pa siya sa min as ms. kaye or mam kaye not the usual first name basis unlike yung ibang may mas mataas na position sa kanya na first name basis lang okay na... ang dami ko ng naririnig about her, i thought pa nga nung cncoach nya ako talagang madami akong mali (its my 1st time kaya wala pa ko masyado alam sa mga ganyan e) just asking lang po para naman my knowledge din ako pagdating sa mga ganyan.. para kasing naagrabyado agad kami ng mga kasama ko sa team dahil mga 1st timers kami... to think na maganda ang fcr and aht namin during our 1st week... nwei sa pagdispute po, kindly elaborate naman po para if ever alam namin ang mga actions na dapat namin gawin if ever na mangyari ulit to.. thanks..

during our abay, i have this wavemate who's being scanned by Kaye, my wavemate is really good in multi-tasking, she was chatting with a lvl3 agent and talking to the customer at the same time, tapos after the call, kaye marked down my wavemate for not putting the customer on hold while chatting with the lvl 3 agent and said that my wavemate missed a troubleshooting step.. sheesh, garbage.. she asked the QA, what was that troubleshooting step she missed.. kaye replied, we'll talk tomorrow, haha.. see? ala alam yan sa troubleshooting steps, she isn't technical at all.. after that incident, my wavemate immediately reported it to the SM who's handling our abay and he talked to her personally, ayun, binawi ang mark down. wag ka matatakot sa QA nyo, mababait naman mga TM's at Shift Managers sa ACS, so go and approach them! Project Manager nga sa ACS nagte take ng sup. calls, san ka pa!

ito rin ang QA na nag ding sa akin ng mali da mga technical steps ko hehehe........... at binagsak nya ako kasi di daw ako nag conduct ng deeper troubleshooting step pinalitan ko kaagad *** modem.......Grades ko dun 18
ano magagawa ko RED ang power ng modem...... i challenge her to prove na mali yung ginawa ko ..

isa pa nagbibigay daw ako ng wrong information sabi nya there is no such thing as Dailer for DSL(including di rin daw pwede i set ang ip ng router na nakaconnect sa modem as 192.168.2.1) hehehe......sabi ko sakanya ako Certified ng Cisco at im doing this for a very very long time ... and ng ibinagsak nya ako sa QA dalawang scans ... sabi ko sa kanya siguraduhin nya kaya nya i defend yung sinasabi nya mali sa akin kasi bukas na bukas im going to contest it sa mismong Shift manager kasi ayaw nya maniwala sa TMs hehehe ..

HOME SWEET HOME. tapos may mga naglalaro ng street fighter, kaya kung di mo alam, yari ka. up,up, down,down, left, right,left, right..... type cmd, c like customer, m as in must,d for die... killprocess.... Hay nako may problema naman sa salary ko naricieve ko *** kulang nung last salary ko wala nanaman ako sahod ngaung payday and i wonder Why BUT

Im already sick and tired arguing and listening on all the excuses given by Finance and the Project Manager and there's nothing new about it , now i can say that they also have their own spiel for all this ****.(its been 4 concecutive pay day) although i love the account also the fellow Escalation Agents and Techsupport Agent, and when it comes to my work ethics i dont care if i took overtime w/o pay just to maintain my Stats and improve my stuffing time to 8 hrs instead of 7hrs and 30 min . i only got 1 absent in my 5 months stint on this company..

NOW i think its about time to say enough of this and its time to look for much better company that will treat me like a person that not only concern of how much money that the company earns but also take care of their agents that performs well on their JOB

ACS is not the call center to work at! No Allowances, No incentives(i've been commended 5 times and i didn't get anything, geez) salary discrepancy every payday(read pooh-fighter's post), night diff is only 10%(wtf?! ano to domestic call center?!), crappy IT and computers(pc keeps on freezing!!!) .. kaya mag AWOL na tayong lahat, this is the crappiest call center ever!

i dont mean no disrespect but i hope your right sana hindi finance kasi kung titigan mo nga naman once lang ako nagkaroon ng absent sa ACS and never ko naka miss ng pag log in pag log out (Never ako na late i always arrive 1 hr before my shift) sa biometric scanner ... well sana nga hindi finance and malabo naman TM kasi noon pa ito nangyayari and ***** SHIFT MANAGER Na humahawak sa EA ganun pa rin naman .And every payday i need to file a discrepancy report sa salary ko sa TM sa SM and sa finance for almost 5 months and the people on finance always told us that you will recieve it on the next pay day its been 9 paydays and still no adjustment .. so you do the math and for your information i never recieve any salary during the July 28 pay day..

so dont try to Cover up what kind of Suck @ss company you have there ..

hahaha sour graping man...anyways don't you think it would be a better option to inform your TL of the concerns you have...perhaps di naman great majority yung nagkakaroon ng pay discrepancies and according to you nareresolve naman...if you have issues with level 2 not being able to help why not tell your TL about it...even with the commendations na papel lang binibigay as what you have mentioned....sa tingin mo ba ma-aaddress yung concerns mo sa paganyan-ganyan lang...at least baka mas nakatulong kung sasabihin mo yung mga reklamo mo sa mga kinauukulan...baka may magawa sila about it....or if you're not satisfied with what's happening in the company you are working for dami namang ibang call center di ba???bakit ka nagtityaga jan...

Hi there!

I have applied ACS last Thursday and I was able to passed. Unfortunately, I was not able to consider the offered day to start that is September 25, 2006 since im serving my resignation up until September 30, 2006. I am thinking right now if I would be able to reconsider there offer where as I will just have to speak with my supervisor to lessen my serving days of my resignation.

Do you have any idea on how to contact the talent acquisition or HR at ACS? Hopefully someone could help me.

okay naman ako dito sa Verizon.. okay ang facilities and very comfortable ang working atmosphere. right here in L3 okay naman kami.. mas magiging okay if one of the three new L3 TMs will be sent to ACS Lipa.

As for the salary, okay naman. i believe it's not the company's fault kung may nazezero pay-out. It's all either your fault for not promptly using Biometrics or your TM's for not submitting your DTR on time and erroneously processing your shift codes.. I'm an Accounting student and as far as my knowledge in Finance is concerned, the payroll procedure of ACS is satisfactory enough.

As for the management, our PM Nestor is very approachable. Our SMs are good naman specially Ms. Florie and Ms. Charmz. Our SM Earl is okay naman. Sayang and wala na ang ever beloved L3 TM Lioness namin na si TM Au Mendoza..

And syempre as for the account itself, okay na okay dito. I must say there really are a LOT of QAs who are not that technically inclined but I guess that's fine coz they're more on quality and call handling naman. If they think they're techie enough then sana for L3 GTAC sila nag-apply and not for QA. However I'd still like to advise you na magdispute if you think na kadispute-dispute yung QA scan nyo. Hehe. Contact GTAC if you're unsure. We'll surely help you in debating. :D

By the way, open ang GTAC for application. If you think you can answer the exam na saksakan ng hirap na kahit kami ay nahirapang sagutin, go ahead be one of us!

Yup you heard it right! Walang kakwenta kwentang kompanya ang Affiliated Computer Services. Maliit pa lang sila dito sa Pinas pero wala na silang pakialam sa kapakanan ng mga empleyado nila. This company has absolutely zero job security. This company is being ran by the Assistant General Manager (ewan ko kung bakita assistant eh wala namang general manager). Kahit VP sa kompanya na yan nasibak sa trabaho dahil sa manager na yan. Puro promises lang ang makukuha nyo sa company na yan.

Eto ang ibibigay nila sa inyo:

1. Kulang kulang na sweldo
2. Di mabayarang OT
3. Di maayos na salary dispute
4. Di lalampas ng 200Php na increase upon regularization
5. Walang company nurse
6. Walang meal provider
7. Kulang kulang na training
8. Nagbabagsakang kisame (this is not a joke, bumabagsak talaga!)
9. Mga tulo sa kisame (di rin to joke! may mga timba sa ops floor)
10.Open door policy kahit sarado ang pinto ng Manager
11.Hindi kayo kakausapin ng Admin kahit pa may problema na kayo
12.Payslips na printed on low quality bond papers

So yun pala name ng company sa 37F ng RCBC tower 2. I saw kasi sa ID ng mga employees nakalagay ACS kala ko advanced contact solutions. talaga? may tulo sa kisame? diba magandang building yung RCBC? anyway im at the 38th. just one floor above you. hehe =) i suggested to my friend kasi na mag apply din dyan sa ACS. i just dont know kung natuloy sya. kala ko kasi ok dun, but anyways, i hope maayos din mga concerns nyo. i had the same problem with my previous job kaya ako nagresign(except for the falling pieces of roof part. hehe.) cheers.

yup, magandang building ang RCBC, no doubt about that pero iba iba yung nagaayos ng piping ng bawat company meaning pati yung kinuha ng acs na tagaayos nila eh bulok din or wala silang pambayad kaya di maayos-ayos.

last october 2006, nameet ko si keach sa robinsons cybergate (nakalimutan ko na yung name niya, recruiter siya for acs). di niya sinabi kung bakit siya umalis. nasa sitel na siya ngayon.

ok naman sa acs ah, well kasi ok naman yung application experience ko with them. nasa cityland pa sila noon (yung tapat ng rcbc plaza; likod ng gt tower). kaya kilala ko parin si keach kasi 4 times akong ininterview dun at siya lagi yung nag-aassist sa mga applicants. i was applying for the recruiter post noong 2005. october 2005 1st interview ko with a filipina. sabi nung recruiter, gusto daw nila ako iprocess for the recruitment manager post. sabi ko ok lang, pero sinabi ko kaagad na if i will not be successful with the recruitment manager post, ok lang talaga ako with the recruiter post. tapos 2nd interview ko with an expat november 2005. 3rd interview ko with another expat december 2006. 4th interview ko with another expat january 2007. tapos wala na akong nabalitaan from them. even though natagalan yung process, i never waited for more than 30 minutes. laging on time yung interviewers.

That's what you think! The_simpsons only used this thread to get more people interested in applying for ACS. Get More people talking and hype up his account.

He's one of the smartest and wisest people I know. And now that most of the posts here are GRIPING and COMPLAINING... he wouldn't care about it anymore because there's a proper place to air your grievances at work. Not here where the forum has griping faceless people.

Bottom line. All of you, this thread and this forum have all been used by the_simpsons to get what he wanted. And that's it! Right now, he's probably very proud of his FTE. Thanks to you and this thread.

I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't know pinoyexchange anymore.:lol:

Garbage In Garbage Out

He can replace all of you, with some sub-standard people. And if they prove to be garbage as well.... He can just throw them out to the garbage collectors... OR MUCH BETTER.... the trash can just walk out of verizon/ACS and throw themselves out! Which I think was the easiest way to get rid of his garbage anyway.

The good ones can stay.

Talk to your PM ( or SM first ). Let them know your issues. BE PROFESSIONAL about your approach. Do not seem like you are headhunting for the one to blame. Provide feedback. If they say, they will work on it. Give them a benefit of the doubt. If they still weren't able to solve, let them know. Offer assitance or advice.

okay naman ako dito sa Verizon.. okay ang facilities and very comfortable ang working atmosphere. right here in L3 okay naman kami.. mas magiging okay if one of the three new L3 TMs will be sent to ACS Lipa.

As for the salary, okay naman. i believe it's not the company's fault kung may nazezero pay-out. It's all either your fault for not promptly using Biometrics or your TM's for not submitting your DTR on time and erroneously processing your shift codes.. I'm an Accounting student and as far as my knowledge in Finance is concerned, the payroll procedure of ACS is satisfactory enough.

As for the management, our PM Nestor is very approachable. Our SMs are good naman specially Ms. Florie and Ms. Charmz. Our SM Earl is okay naman. Sayang and wala na ang ever beloved L3 TM Lioness namin na si TM Au Mendoza..

And syempre as for the account itself, okay na okay dito. I must say there really are a LOT of QAs who are not that technically inclined but I guess that's fine coz they're more on quality and call handling naman. If they think they're techie enough then sana for L3 GTAC sila nag-apply and not for QA. However I'd still like to advise you na magdispute if you think na kadispute-dispute yung QA scan nyo. Hehe. Contact GTAC if you're unsure. We'll surely help you in debating. :D

By the way, open ang GTAC for application. If you think you can answer the exam na saksakan ng hirap na kahit kami ay nahirapang sagutin, go ahead be one of us!

sa sobrang close nila natanggal sa trabaho yung ops manager kasi puro issues about sa kanila and sexual harassment cases ang meron sya.

recruit4nco, anong account mo? kasi di lang naman isang account yung bulok. isa lang naman ang gumagawa ng kisame...isa rin ang payroll department...lahat walang nurse ng mapuntahan, first aid kit lang na walang laman na nakaiwan na tulog na security guard...iisa lang ang admin department ng lahat...so san nagkaiba???

Basta ang masasabi ko, dati siksikan kami sa floor kasi super dami ng agents for Verizon hindi ko na alam kung ganun parin kadami agents nila. Umalis ako kasi lagi may pay dispute. 18K basic no allowances tapos syempre hindi nawawala pulitika. One time sinahod ko lang 4.7K. with overtime yun ha! OT RD at saka OT Holiday. Tapos hindi naman na credit yung dispute ko kasi the next pay day may dispute na naman ako. And overall, yung ER nila sa may AB Cap, wa wenta. ATM account mo ikaw ang mag pro process. Bibigyan ka lang nila ng form then ikaw parin mag follow up sa banko (BPI). First pay ko hindi ko nakuha kasi hindi pa daw ako nag pa process ng ATM account ko. Eh nung submission palang ng requirement tinanong ko na sila bakit walang ATM application form sabi nila sila na daw bahala dun. Hay. Hindi na ako babalik dyan. Kumusta na kaya yung floor walker dati dun? GTAC na ata yun or TIER 3. ganday ng hirit nya. "Ok guys I'll see to it that you get a cofy" (putik may F syndrome! hindi ba dapat copy or coffee nalang dear). Yan ba gusto mo maging floor walker or escalation agent mo? May kasama nga ako ngayon dito sa bago kong work sabi nila ACS stands for Andoks Contact Solutions. Hehehe. Peace

Hello po! I used to wrok on this account. Frontline and L3. Its was a good experience pero dami din mga bagay na hindi mo maiwasang hindi mapansin. Pero if your just starting to work on a callcenter, I could say Verizon...ACS will be a good experience!

My first callcenter - kaya naman *** descrep sa salary e madali ko pang natatanggap ng halos walang reklamo - pero ngayon ko lang na rerealize - abah may utang pa silang isang cutoff saken at 10 HRS ng OT - wahaha - negative back pay kasi ako dito - e meron pakong DTR (OMG DTR? like manual DTR?) hehe.. *** biometrics kasi dito parating sira so minsan mag day in day out kpa..

SA training they dont give the 18k basic/package - training allowance lang of 500/day - ewan ko lang ngayon baka binago na nila un..

Sobrang daming issues ng company na to.. ^__^ For first timers pwde kayo dito mag start ng work tapos pag may experience na *** pwde na kayo lipat sa mas magandang company..
