I applied for Sutherland's Technical Support position ( email/chat ) last month. Bago lang *** acct so I think nagma-man pooling pa sila *****. They called me 2 weeks ago to confirm if I wanted to join. Syempre I said yes. They said they will call back for the job offer but until now they still haven't called ( sigh ) .

Scopworks Asia has two accounts, namely; scoping and voice transcription. Both are non voice accounts.

scoping actualy involves legal editing and transcription where scopists, (employees who do these jobs) edits legal transcripts like depositions, court testimony or conference meetings sent by clients from US who work as either freelance or official (meaning employed by trial courts or firms) court reporters. Legal transcription is a home based job where transcriptionists transcribe (obviously :D) legal proceedings like appeals and oral arguments before the court.
This account is in citibank center.

voice transcription can be likened to the old pager system, where agents convert (hence they're called conversion agents) audio mesages to readable messages. This account is outsorced by Spinvox, a UK company. When employed, coversion agents will be based in allied bank.


12k ang salary for agents, obviously for TLs and QAs, higher compensation.
