I applied there before getting into JP Morgan Chase. It's outbound. Maganda sana kasi malapit sa bahay namin pero admittedly 'jologs' ang mga agents dito tsaka outbound ang account, eh ayoko ng outbound.

yes. technically its 17k since youll be working for 6 days a week.some shifts start at 10 pm- 9am, some 12am- 12 nn. still, others start at 3am- 12pm it all depends. the accounts there are HSBC.. the sweetest, easiest campaign and yeah, the survey thingie, DnB.. outbound is not at all bad, its actually fun.. just take a few weeks to get used to. but once you get the feel of it, its fairly easy.. and believe me, closing a sale is rather addictive.. :D

Hindi naman sa ayaw ko sa current call center ko, pero nag-wha-"what if" moment lang ako, kasi I live so near Riverbanks and I'm thinking that since it's so close I could have actually saved on pamasahe and pagkain even if the pay at ICT Mkna is less since less din ang gastos ko kung doon ako napasok.

@demented_yuan: well, i passed the initial interview po kc jan sa ict-ortigas for a part-time position then i was told they'd call me if ever they already have the slots. i wonder, if they don't have the slots anymore, why would they still post ads for the part-time positions? ...nlulungkot 2loy ako, kaya ko naman harapin *** sasabihin nila kng di man ako nkapasa, eh *** di p nila *****? kesa sa nghihintay ako ng gnto... =(

i also passed the interview but before it was conducted, i was informed by the HR person that they no longer have slots for part-timers. sa ict-unionbank in ortigas din ako eh..haay, all we have to do now is to pray na sana magkaroon na nang openings for part-timers, or try our luck to other companies..hehe

yeah, although di sila tumatawag talaga.apat kameng nag aplay for part time posts e dahil part time talaga ang kailanagn namin, we were told that they will call us back pag me avil slots na sa part time. kung ako sayo hanap ka na lang ng ibang center.madali lang namn mag aplay e..good luck

had a not-so-good experience here. I applied kasi malapit sa'min. And I indicated that if it is possible for them to hire me in a TS account (if there is any) and non-agent position. I passed everything all in one day tpos they will call me in a month's time kapag may na-open na na account.

i received a call from them one day asking me to resign to my current employment and give the papers to them the next day (ni hindi man lang ako tinanong for the possible date; kasi before pa lang sabi ko I wanted to render 30 days dun sa company ko ngayon; para at leats good records) tpos they are offering a CS position for an outbound account. So, sabi ko I will try. That was a Saturday. Hindi ako nakapunta kase yun yung may bagyo tsaka parang nawalan ako ng gana.

When Monday came, they called me again askign why I did not come that morning. I told them that I was requested nung last Friday pa and because of the offer na hindi ko naman talaga preferred dahil I am not fond of sales, sinabi ko na I am declining the offer in a nice way. Binagsakan ako nung kausap ko.

SO much for professionalism and proper information dissemination... Well, good luck na lang sa kanila.

in fairness dun sa sinasabing mabaho riverbanks,careful of your pasosyal attitude kasi the first world citizens think that the WHOLE metropolis,if not the whole third world Philippines actually stinks..you are not in a position to say those things and besides,its so not true.The place is enclosed and airconditioned,i guess,unless you will stick your dumb arse near the river which actually does not stink but is one of the cleanest if not the cleanest in the whole metropolis.

FYI. A friend of mine was accepted to this company a few weeks back as an outbount CSR. To correct the impression, they actually offered her a basic salary of 13K. The HR said that this was the standard offer. It also includes a 2.5K (taxable) transpo/meal allowance per month if your schedule falls between 10pm-6am. This means an agent recieves the 2.5K based on the number of hours that he/she has a schedule between the time slot 10pm - 6am. I believe that she mentioned that the night differential is 15%.

From what I've heard may basic salary daw so that means, kahit hindi ka naman naging THAT productive, am I right? and kamusta naman po *** interview and exam there? thanks! really need your help, I will really appreciate it. I even know Arkie and Kristine, well we dont have to be pasosyal or conyo to be considered as good call center agents and though we are in an outbound account we earn more than you do, imagine earning 11500 commission every 15th and 30th of the month by just producing atleast 2 sales a day! Isnt that great! Plus 15-18 thousand basic salary, 15% night differential and 2500 meal and transpo allowance.

So dont ever call us jologs again, dont be so tactless, try applying at ICT and I hope you'll get hired, ICT is one of the two call center in the Philippines which is ISO certified

You know what ICT is real strict nowadays especially at CHASE account because we are not into hard selling, and every sale that we make is being verified by our american counterparts, yah I admit there are agents who scam but we are not one of them, because everything we do is recorded, there are even seed call wherein you are not aware that the person you are talking to is already the client or someone who is already part of CHASE Bank USA N.A. The fact that we are selling credit cards, and our account is 100% verbatim! So how can we commit scam is everything we say is scripted. And besides we are not forced to make sales as long as we are present then it's fine they are not particular with your performance but they are very particular with your attendance. Mortgage is located at Unionbank and RCBC Tower 2 incase you are not aware.

Yah Domeng is part of Chase, sa payment protect siya and not acquisition! ITA, Triggers and Brands is all credit card acquisition, ITA is verbatim, Triggers and Brands is consultative marketing! Well I dont care about Citibank and all other accounts that you have mentioned because it is not my account! Have you been a part of Triggers and ITA? If not then you do not know what I am talking about!

Yah it's true that you can only get commisisions if you are above the goal, When I am still at ITA the highest commission that I have got is 750, because our floor sph is .70, and when I was transferred to Triggers because of my stats I am always above the goal the floor sph is .28 and my sph is .56, they will transfer you to an account that they think you will excel.

So I believe you are no longer part of ICT kasi you really hate that company right? and in your present job right now dadating yung time na magrereklamo ka nanaman kaya ka magreresign and the rest is history

Ok just to help you, meron inbound sa ICT sa RCBC Tower 2 sa Makati Panasonic ang account nila dun. Mostly of the accounts are outbound, yah ofcourse you need to make a sale,kahit paisa isa lang sa isang araw. Once you signed the contract at umaattent ka na ng training entitled ka na sa basic salary mo, unlike sa ibang call center na iba ang bayad sa training. Ang maganda pa dun hindi ka nila basta basta tatanggalin pag hindi ka makabenta kaya sure ka na may trabaho ka ng 6months! Ililipat ka lang nila ng account hanggang makabenta ka na. Pag naka 6months ka na, you have a chance to be regularize maraming factor na pinagbabatayan to be regular...

2. Attendance
3. Quality
4. Attitude
5. Fitness to work

Hi, i'm working at ICT, Markina.... originally calling for Chase Brands (but they have transferred me to Triggers for the meantime since nag add sila ng hours).. Anyway, ang commission ay every 15th of the month nakukuha.. I could say na hindi na ganoon kataas ang salary na nakukuha namin unlike when we were still in UNion Bank. Sa Marikina, bihira na lang ang OT. Mahirap din makakuha ng 11,500 php commission (take note guys, ang 11,500 po na ito ay TAXABLE! And nasa 4k po ang tax!) lalo na't mataas ang SPH ng program. I am starting to look for a better paying job na din. honestly.. I don't like our new bldg. Iba talaga yung nag wo-work ka sa magandang bldg. (like Union bank). nakaka High morale.. (well, it's my personal view.. hope i didn't get my co agents in marikina offended.) Though i have nothing against the place kasi malinis talga sya, Marikina eh.. With regards to basic salary, 13k pag walang call center experience.. 15k pag meron.. 2.5k for meal/transpo allowance (but this is pro rated.. so if you're working 10pm-6am at all or maybe most of the time.. suwerte kang makukuha mo ng buo yung 2.5k or at least close to 2.5k.
So kung wala kang call center experience.. per pay out, nasa 8,000-9,000 ang salary (it varies kung may 6th day.. kasi kung wala.. mas mababa)

Okay, here's how it is.

ICT used to offer a basic salary of 17k back in 2003.

At present, they no longer offer 17k basic salary to seasoned agents. They offer a slightly lower basic salary now.

And really, don't tell me you got this offer, or your friend got this offer, coz believe me, i can check ;)

Just wait..ganun din ang nangyari sa akin. Sa ortigas ako nag-apply last May, final interview on the 2nd week of June and sabi nga daw,tatawag na lang sila pag may available slots na. After two weeks tumawag na sila. I signed the contract na nga kanina eh..hehe

If your friend will not attend first day of training.. definitely he/she couldn't work at ICT na.. unless she/ had requested HR to re sched his/her training. But if she will not attend let's say 2nd, 3rd day of training he/she will be put in floating status.. meaning kung saang account magkaroon ulit ng need maaaring doon sya ilagay.. But mostly na nalalagay sa floating status, unless mag follow up sila sa HR.. ay nakakabalik pa ng ICT. But for those na hindi na nagawang mag follow up.. Goodbye ICT na.
I suggest your friend to make up his/her mind.. kahit saang trabaho naman.. importante talaga ang first training day.. madalas doon ginagawa ang orientation kasi. I just don't know with Sykes but with ICT, kung anong basic pay mo.. yun din ang ibabayad sa iyo during training days..

Wala pong bond ang ICT so whether he/she will show up or not.. it doesn't matter. But kung mag-a apply sya ulit doon after a few months.. that i don't know kung tatanggapin pa sya..

This is my situation:

I attended my 5 days of training and I really, really enjoyed it. (Really!) My new-found friends are nice, friendly and fun-to-be-with plus the trainors, tls and QAs are sooo friendly (not to mention the HR people!) That's why when they called me up for the job offer and for the training, I didn't think twice to sign the contract (which is a non-compete clause and no bonds!)

But then, I didn't attend my first day on the floor (and that was yesterday!) because I am a full-time student (maximum load!) and full-time work (9 hours in the office!)... I'm happy with my work and with school, you know... But really, 2-3 hours of sleep everyday won't be enough for me and I tend to be soo sleepy in school. There'd been times that I'd go home to sleep and skip classes... Imagine the 24 hours I have in one day = 9 hours of work 6-7 hours in school... a total of 15 hours! Only 2-3 hours of sleep, then some time to take a bath, get ready for work and answer homeworks... Talk about not having ANY life at all... :D

I decided I can't focus on both and need to sacrifice one thing... This is it- the moment where I have to choose between work and school- and I decided to choose school, of course. Because after I graduate, I can still pursue any career I want... As they tell me, don't be in a hurry to work... :P I'm still young and all that stuff...

Anyway, back to my question now... I just sent a text message to my friends who are on my team to tell them there that I wasn't able to go because I wasn't feeling well (which is the truth, coz I got a headache at that time...)

So now that I am decided to quit, what shall I do to inform them? Is a text message to my trainor enough to tell them that I quit? Would that not leave me a bad mark and leave me blacklisted in their company? I mean, I really love to work here once and for all AFTER I graduate, say, 2 years from now...

Im not from ICT but its best you tell them youre concentrating on your studies.Theyll understand. So write that letter, it wouldnt hurt and will actually boost your stock and professionalism.

A text message or thru a third party is never formal. Doing that or just disappearing will definitely dim of your chances of being re-hired.

So many people just drop out without a word that they end up paying for a simple mistake. Better to talk to them, give your letter and thank them. Its kind off a sendoff for you too.

Have the trainer sign all 3 copies, leave one with the trainer.

leave another copy with HR.

You get paid even while still in training, as long as your training falls within the payroll cut-off period, yes, you will be receiving some money at the end of the month. For this month, the payroll cut-off i think is on the 22nd, so if you're starting on monday (17th), you should be getting a week's worth of salary.

I'm not too sure about this though, i'm not from payroll :)

Magkano ang basic salary and nite diff and allowances kung 1 year total call center experience? Naiisip ko kasi na since malapit ito sa house makakatipid ako ng malaki kahit na mabawasan ng konti ang sweldo ko kasi pwede ko i-jeepney papasok and lakarin pauwi (for exercise).

Ang main problem is I heard na puro disputes sa sweldo and payslip dito. Totoo ba? O ayos na ito?

ICT Marikina sucks!!! This is the lair of agents who did not make it to the top call centers. The accounting office are all stupid assess. They don't give a damn if they add like an 8-year-old student. I am from Accenture handling tech acct. I tried applying here last month just to know the hiring process. I pass all screenings and interviews easily. The one who interviewed me speaks like an eight-year old. She does not know what she is saying. I saw a weakness in their hiring process. If you are in control of the interview and you overwhelmed the recruitment person, she will eventually schedule you right away for the job offer. I declined the offer because it really stinks!!!!!! Do not apply at ICT-Marikina. People here are really obnoxious and blatantly stupid. This is by far the worst call center in the Philippines, far worst than westemployment.

Whatever is coming to replace the jurassic clock is welcome. Hourly, monthly, bi-weekly or whatever time interval for computing dont really matter as long as the time is can be correctly recorded and reported. Kronos primer accurately shows that wheter we are paid hourly and monthly, the pay is just the same. I've been to some call centers and the worst timekeeping system I know, and perhaps will ever know, is the clock timekeeping in ICT.

If you are in control of the interview and you overwhelmed the recruitment person, she will eventually schedule you right away for the job offer. I declined the offer because it really stinks!!!!!! But if your call experience is from ICT, goodluck; some agents who had worked for different accounts before they got to VMU are never paid 14K basic salary - some agents in VMU had been with ICT for more than one year now but their basic pay is less than 14K

in fairness naman with ict, you can get your backpay at least a month after your clearance. mabilis talaga...

im from hsbc cp, talagang oa ang ot pero well compensated naman...bayad naman lahat ng ot...mahirap commission kaya most agents opt for the ot na lang...un nga lang at risk ang health ng mga agents...2 hours ot a day tapos 6th day ot pa...kaya nung nalipat ako sa ibang cc, parang ang gaan gaan pala ng 9 hour shift at 5 working days a week...

pero nakakamiss din... at hindi naman ***** totoong tapunan siya ng mga hindi pumapasa sa ibang call centers. marami ding magaling sa ict, wag na lang kasing mag generalize lalo na kung walang basis.

my gf is a trainer here. although hindi pa sya certified, kasi bago pa ***. sa mga nkasabay nyang mg-apply, sya na *** ata yung natitira. hindi sa pgmamayabang, but at this early she is considered one of the best, if not 'the' best, trainer dun. she's handling classes that only certified trainers should be handling. & she's enjoying what she's doing. yun nga lang, nkakapagtaka ba't di pa sya nase-certify. her salary is still an agent's. mdyo kinakapos sya minsan (she pays her own bills), laging pagod, but she's patient.

Ei I am currently working at ICT Marikina, but our account is originally located at Unionbank Ortigas, I belong to JPMORGAN CHASE family! I have been to ITA and now to Triggers! I even know Arkie and Kristine, well we dont have to be pasosyal or conyo to be considered as good call center agents and though we are in an outbound account we earn more than you do, imagine earning 11500 commission every 15th and 30th of the month by just producing atleast 2 sales a day! Isnt that great! Plus 15-18 thousand basic salary, 15% night differential and 2500 meal and transpo allowance.

So dont ever call us jologs again, dont be so tactless, try applying at ICT and I hope you'll get hired, ICT is one of the two call center in the Philippines which is ISO certified

almost 3 years and I was offered various positions, coach, OSME"s, trainers but I turned them down all because of that there would be no increase, and then I left and currently with DISPI for almost a year now and still counting...Just last week Agilys Inc. a recruitment firm called me up and they are offering me the Position to be one of the pioneer trainers for ICT Cabanatuan. Exactomundo my girly friend.. Foxyreign is right. I have been working here in ICT for over 3 years and for a young company in the phils.. it has really made its mark.. I could say that my stay in the company has been really transformational.. And i really grew as a person within the company. Yes the compensation is not high.. but that's how the company is.. It's a good thing that the temparature in MK2 has been constanly good since not so long ago. But for several months from the time MK2 opened, MOST of the times the temperature on the floor had been higher than what is comfortable . And during those months, there were only occassional times when temparature would turned to be fine; agents noticed the pattern, they could predict when those times would be. hehehehe

ICT sa marikina city? Andito nagtatrabaho dati rati ang best friend ko e. Panay reklamo nga siya duon e. Wala lang. Nagkukwento siya tungkol sa experiences niya sa ICT na keyso binabawasan or something? Basta yun na yun. Sabi ko nuon nang gumimik kaming dalawa na balak ko mag-apply sa ICT, hindi ko alam na anduon na pala siya nagwowork dahil minsanan lang kami magkita at saka, sinabi lang niya sa akin na ang trabaho niya ay call center. Ang akala ko, anduon pa rin siya sa dati niya sa ortigas center dahil hindi niya sinabi sa akin kung anong lokasyon niya sa pinagtatrabahuan niyang call center. Sabi niya sa akin na huwag daw ako mag-apply sa ICT dahil anduon na siya sa ICT na nagwowork at panay kwento siya sa mga experiences sa ICT pati tungkol sa sahod. Ngayon, hindi na siya sa ICT. Naalala ko lang itong ICT na ito dahil sa best friend ko kaya ayun, hindi ako nag-apply.

Student siya and at the same time, nagwowork din siya. Sabi ng kapatid ko nuon na kahit paumpisa palang ako, ICT daw muna ako basta magkasahod lang ako dahil ganun din ang kaklasmate ng kapatid ko na nakuntento na sa ICT.

Try nyo mag-work sa ICT Marikina. Palaging walang aircon.

Mga ka-officemates mo over to the max ang kayabangan sa ulo. Palibhasa kasi karamihan first time na matanggap sa call center. Feeling nila ang galing galing nila. E HELLOOO!!! ICT lang yan noh?! Try nyo mag-aplay sa ibang call center like SYKES, CONVERGYS etc. Siguradong di kayo papasa.

Lahat ata ng call center rejects dito sa ICT napupunta.

Huwag mo naman lahatin na over to the max ang kayabangan nila. May ibang ka-officemates siguro na mayabang pero may iba naman ay hindi. Siguro, nilalahatan mo na dahil may mataas kang ekspektasyon na dapat mangyari sa mga ka-officemates diyan sa ICT or sadyang natabunan na ang ibang taong matitino sa taong nasa ICT.

Mas mabuti nga ay nabibigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga narereject kaysa wala silang pera at wala silang makain dahil ang hirap kaya makapasok sa mga call center na binabanggit mo. At least, may chances pa kaya nga lang, ugali nga lang ang pakikisamahan ng tao kahit kase ako, sabi ng kapatid ko, kahit pasimula lang muna, ICT daw muna ako dahil ang kaklasmate ng kapatid ko, duon din siya e. Ang pinagkaiba nga lang ng best friend ko kaysa sa akin, siya ay marami ng karanasan pero ako, baguhan lang, hi hi hi :D

E tingnan niyo naman ang mundong inaapakan natin, kailangan may ganito kang qualification, kailangan ganito ang requirements mo and so on pa po. Ang hirap at least, ang mga hindi natanggap kung totoo man ang sinasabi mo, life saver na rin ang ICT kahit na ba may mga negative feedback ang ilan kahit na ba nakakadalawang isip mag-apply.

maganda naman ang training dito sa ICT-Marikina...tsaka mabait naman yung mga HR lalo dun sa MKA1..2 days lang ako dito...hindi ko na tinuloy kasi mababa talaga *** sahod para sa mga experienced agents..pero agree ako na malaking tulong ito para sa mga magsisimula pa lang as call center agents kasi maganda talaga yung training..english training palang duduguin ka na..pero maraming matututunan...try nyo madaling pumasa basta determinado ka...

gusto ko po sanang mag apply dito , since im newbie, thought ive been interviewed and had series of exam in telus market market. unfortunately i failed the final intrvw, i was so nervous that time. aside from the fact sobrang nilalamig na ako sa ginaw , nag freeze na ata ang utak ko :)), anyways ok lang at least na experience ko ang hiring process nila.

Hindi, madali lang, totoo. Mas mahirap ang initial interview at phone interview. Gaya sa mas maraming call centers, halos wala o maunti lang bumabagsak sa examination

Believe it or not, mas malaking factor ang self-confidence at pronunciation kaysa sa knowledge mo ng correct English. Maraming call center agents, malalakas ang loob,tipong hindi kayang sindakin ng customer pero kung makikinig ka sa mga sinasabi nila, maaaliw ka.

TIP: Ang dali ng pagpasok sa call center (kahit na saan) hindi lang skills, talent, or qualification mo, depende rin yan sa current demand sa call center. Halimbawa, kailangan ng maraming agents kasi may bagong account na bubuksan, or may expansion ng seats, mas madali kang makakapasok kung maka-timing ka rito.
Kaya sa maraming call center na may biglaang demand, mas magandang mag-apply ng Th or Fri kung alam mong hiring sila. Halimbawa, dahil kailangan nila ng 200 agents na mag-start ng training following Monday, at 100 as of Thurs pa lang ang naipapasa nila, so pagdating ng Friday, medyo lax na sila. Punta ka rito sa PEX, for info regarding hiring season. Kanya-kanyang thread ng cc kung wala kang kakilala sa loob.
Kahit mga agents, hindi rin laging updated kung hiring ba on a particular week. Minsan, mga cc na ang nag-aadvertise na, "We need 600 agents now". Siguro ang kung account mo ay VMU na 12K lang offer, at dahil pro-rated ang meal allowance, mga between 5 to 6K+. Pero kung saklaw ng sched mo ang maraming oras between 10pm-6am,abot pa 7K+. Mababa na ang 12K na basic, mas mataas yata sa ibang accounts. May monthly bonus naman, na pinagpipilitang baguhing paulit-ulit ang grading system na pahigpit ng pahigpit ang standards, na kung magtitiyaga ka ay makukuha mo rin

Minimum? Hindi, yan na yung pinakamataas na pwedeng net take home pay kung 12K ang basic pay mo. Lets do the math:

Base sa semi-monthly income na 6K, assuming 10pm-7am shift mo, may 7 hours ka everyday na pasok sa night differential at 2,500 na meal allowance. Ang per hour premium rate ng night diff sa 1200/month salary ay 10.2273; ang equivalent hourly rate ng Meal allowance na proportional sa work performed on night ay 14.2046
Basic Pay 6,000
Night Diff: 786
Meal Allowance: 1094

Gross Pay is 7800

so yan na ang pinakamagandang gross pay na makukuha mo kung walang OT kung ang basic pay mo lang is 12K at pumasok ng 10pm-7am shift. Bawasin pa SSS,PHIC, HDMF. Tingnan mo na lang so table.So unlikely nga pala na umabot sa 7K net pay kung walang OT or holiday, unless siguro, nataoon doon sa napahabang cut-off date.

Take note yan ay 7 hours ang pumasok na work between 10pm -6am. Mas maunting oras ang pumasok na oras between these times, syempre mas mababa nigh diff at meal allowance.

Mabilis lang processing dito sa ICT. Ive heard hindi naman matapang taga recruitment dito sa Marikina. Sa RCBC kasi ako ininterview, ok naman initial interview kaso mo yung nag-conduct ng phone-sim sa akin, na na-naginterview rin after ng actual phone simulation- grabe para talagang tine-test paano ka maghandle ng very irate customer.

Hindi mataas magpasweldo ang ICT, pero marami pa ring mas mababang magpasweldong call centers sa ICT. Para sa isang starting job, ang 7K na semi-monthly net pay ay above average, palagay ko. Hanggang ngayon, marami pa ring less than 10K na starting salaray.

There are lots of good reasons - including salary - why someone would not consider working at call centers. But for newbies in corporate world or call centers, 7K semi-monthly net salary is not bad, relative to the current rates of starting jobs.
