Guys, any info on Pivotale located at Atlanta Centre in Greenhills, San Juan?

Is this o.k. for newbies in a callcenter job? I got a call from them for interview tomorrow.

My problem is that I'm currently enrolled for a short-term call center training program in a call center training school (April 24 to May 10). Do I need to go on with the interview at Pivotale or forget about it and go on with the training program and be properly equipped first.

How much is the basic salary at Pivotale and what's your telemarketing account? I'd be interested kung okay sana ang sweldo.

basic salary for level 1 outbound agents is 13500 (+incentives)...

wahehe.. na NBI lang naman dati tong call center na toh.. buti nalang di ako pumasok nung tym na un, from 2am to 6pm, nka hi-nold sila nung NBI sa loob nung center! drug trafficking daw kasi *** account, pero ndi naman!! legal *** account nila, mis understanding lang, gagu kasi *** guard na asset nung mga NBI, epal!! wahehehe
