Anyone with the same concern?
I'm currently having problems getting my backpay from my old job (call center). Dami ko na naririnig na ganito ang problema sa mga call center. Parang sinasadya. As for my experience, more than 4 months ko na hinihintay, wala pa daw "information" about my back pay.
Is there somewhere we can complain? Like NLRC? I'm worried baka bumalik sa akin kasi malaking company ang kino-complain ko. One good way daw is to threaten them with a lawyer. I had a friend who had her lawyer father-in-law call the HR so na-expedite yung back pay niya. Too bad wala ako kilalang lawyer.
