If you speak english proficiently, then there wouldnt be any problem. Practically all call centers accept non graduates, as long as you are fluent in english.

Disclaimer: I dont work in a call center. :)

You don't need to be a college freshman to land a decent job at HSBC, one of the top banks worldwide.

High School Graduate is qualified. Believe it or not, absolutely no college unit/s is required. This should be a welcome information not only for aspiring call agents but should serve as an inspiration for future bankers should you decide to take the career path as you pursue your studies later.

Once you're in, they don't see you as a mere call center agent. You're designation is OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE because that best describes your job as one of their employees working in the best bank around the globe.

i think so. as what they've said, as long as you have excellent comm skills and you have what it takes.. and most of all, you have the motivation and enthusiasm to work in cc.. i think you can make it... and u passed in ateneo.. i assume u call also pass in cc pre-qualifying exams :)

btw, why would you like to work anyway?

u go ahead tryt o apply dearie.. i guess that's okay. i was in freshmen when i started working in a CC. no problem at all. u could even demand your preferred schedule. just be honest during the interviews, let them know u're still in college and in need of the job, etc.. as long as u can handle the interviews very well, 'in' ka na agad.

choose student-friendly CCs.. cvg, sykes, PS.

uu nga bro. hehe.

if you manage to achieve 2nd yr college, then go and apply!!! believe me, its easy to apply in a CC, as long as you have the skills, and the confidence to talk to different kinds of people.

im only 18 years old. no previous CC experience and got accepted in a CC. =)
