I started this forum so that we can have a better venue of airing out our opinions about our beloved managers and everyone who makes Gateway as great as it is today. I am aware of the callcenterdirectory forum but I find it so confusing as we do not know who and when a post was made. Lets make this official our rants and raves (if theres any lol) page.

well one reason could be dahil nablock na yung site sa office kaya di sila makapost. another would be because wala silang internet sa bahay. third wala talaga silang pakialam or walang resolution ang pinaglalaban nila kaya nung wala na avenue tigil na rin ang pagsasalita ni hindi sila naghanap ng ibang paraan.

tama mas maganda kung sa totoong forum talaga gaya dito. sa pinangalingan ko ngayon the management takes pex seriously hindi nga naman ganun kadali magdadakdak sa manager mo. Sana lang manindigan sila, dito may anonymity pa rin naman eh at now pwede na sila mabilang dahil unique ang id.

Hey guys, saw this link from CALLCENDIRECTORY... and oh, I've read through all the feedbacks from all of my peer agents in ALORICA as well. Good thing, someone putted up this thread here. Anyways, some of the posters at CCDIRECT may not find it comfortable posting here since you need to undergo registration process but anyways, here I am joining you guys of all the grievances and frustrations we've had with the management under our account.

just an update the callcenterdirectory.net admin has decided to create a forum just because of Alorica hahaha tama yun tignan natin and yeah most of the comments there still say Alorica sucks and I tell you I would have to agree with them to a certain extent.

I think it would be nice if for once the company would aim to be the number one employer this year. Lets take the title away from etelecare.

The managers may not be perfect, but there is no such thing as a perfect world. Well, gripers are gripers; and they can't do anything good to themselves berate others who may even be more efficient than themselves. Come on guys, grow up, let's forget our Filipino sentimentality for professionalism, and in this way, we Filipinos will be regarded as Fully Efficient Filipino. And guys, if you want to work here in Bangkok, good. They need a good bunch of English Teachers here, let's give the call-center business for the newbies.

as what have been talked about... what happened to gateway voice??? pawala na talaga ang gateway voice. huli kong balita, 500 to 800 calls a day na lang ang natatanggap nila. for me, ok lang naman yung account, yun nga lang hindi talaga maganda yung management, hindi sila marunong mag-alaga ng employees. maraming umaangal kesho kinukurakot raw yung commission at sweldo ng mga agents. to which i see is true.

pepperz nasa gw voice ka pa rin ba? well i guess hindi natuwa yung gateway sa nangyayari. all the best people from the earlier batches nagalisan na isama mo pa yung gulo na ginawa ng dell. Nabrain drain lahat ng call centers na may tech accounts. Heard the big CC's even upped their initials para lang makuha yung mga tao pabalik.

Ive been inquiring kung totoo rin yung chismis na sa sutherland sila lilipat i guess wala pa ring linaw yun. Sayang. But hey at least we can all try dell or since brain drained yung ibang CC eh di doon na lang.

I have been reading through the callcenterdirectory.net forums at nakakatawa kasi parang isa lang yung agent doon na pinagkakampikampihan nila. I mean guys the person was just venting though it was uncalled for na he named names i think it was brought up by someone calling him something too.

Nakakatawa lang, mukha tuloy kontrolado na ng kumpanya yung forum. Why? because they can restrict access sa office and usually those who have access are close to IT or may internet sa bahay. Ang lupit pa naman ng powered by JAP ngayon. I dont think any ordinary agent can get such concessions from IT.

Speaking of IT, I must admit may pagkaslow nga sila. Sobrang primitive ang setup ng network natin sa office. Why they dont even have roaming access for the people at work. At eto para naman maiba may blind item ako para sa inyo... THE WHO etong bagong promote na sup (or matagal na siya acting sup alam nyo naman dyan sa ofis) na balitang may karelasyon sa isa sa mga IT kaya lahat ng sites may access siya (OO PATI FRIENDSTER) lupit no. Ang girl malamang nakarelasyon mo na rin hahahaha

One thing i hate about being a filipino is we always complain and when we complain there is the crab mentality. So lets reveal as well what my fellow agents do here although am guilty as well of other things but the hell i let everyone know that everyone here is guilty of things . May mga agent ** na kung mag patugtog akala mo bahay nila nag dadala pa ng speakers napakalakas. Tsaka di nila naiintindihan na may dlink (voice account) tapos kung mag murahan napakalakas kung mag tagalog akala mo mga taga kanto. May mga naglalaro pa ng rpg games during duty . may mga nanonood ng porns. may mga nanonood ng cd. may mga nanoonood ng anime may mga nanonood ng telenovelas lahat yung during duty may mga nag yym na akala mo nagchachat sa customer yun pala kachat syota at mga tropa. mayron dyan umaabsent ng walang paalam. To set the records strait Dell is not only in the top 3, they are number 1 in US sales for 2005. Pricing perhaps? I don't think so, I used to have customers wanting me to compare Gateway prices versus Dell's. Pricing wise Gateway wins pound per pound. This leaves you asking, why do more people go for Dell???
Is it because you can see their ads not only in print but also shows like CSI? Perhaps. Or is it because of product reliability, big chance. If their CS and TS really suck I dont think they can hold on to number 1 for God knows how long already.

Di ako nagpapaayos ng pc kung hindi ko kaya... ako mismo ang gumagawa but I borrow cds from them para di ako nakakaabala. Sensya na dude alam ko wala kayong alam sa totoo pero sana iniisip nyo mga sinasabi nyo. Ang nasabi ay nasabi na mag sorry ka man nasabi mo na. Nakasakit ka na. Matagal tayong magkakasama at wala akong ginawa rito kung hindi ipagtanggol ang mga agents. Agents din kayo kagaya ko kaya sana imbes na magsiraan tayo magtulungan tayo.
