I know these are kinda old, there are no right or wrong answers, these questions mainly test your creativity and thinking when it comes to unorthodox questions :
Microsoft interview question - "How would you move Mt.Fuju?"
E-telecare - "How many lightbulbs are there in the Philippines?"

"Can you provide the answer to that question?"

there is the traditional interview...you'll be asked questions such as "How do you see yourself 5 years from now?" or "What made you apply in this call center?"
on the other hand, you may be asked behavioral questions such as "Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills." or "Tell me about a recent situation in which you had to deal with a very difficult co-worker / customer?"
There are lots of sample questions in the internet you can use to practice. However, the most important thing to remember in any job interview is to be honest. There were quite a number of applicants I did not hire because they gave very inconsistent answers to my questions.
