Any Call Centers that offer Profit Sharing?

There's one outsource company in Ortigas that offers bonuses to one of its BPO divisions based on total monthly add on revenue. Any call centers offer a similar total UNIT revenue sharing program as opposed to just per worker % sharing (for sales)?

Ambergris offers/ed profit sharing. On its first year, ok yung nakuha namin. Then on the second year. Aba, ang lakas ng loob i-tseke, e pang Jollibee ko lang yun! hehehe Wala pa silang maibigay na magandang explanation kung bakit iba-iba ang nakuha. Anyway, I should be thankful na rin at meron.
